you fly from, flight company, flight number, time of arri-

val ) if you want the riad to take care of your transfer

from the airport to the riad.

This service saves you the trouble of searching for and

bartering with one or more taxis on your arrival.

A driver will be waiting for you in the airport ’ s arrival

hall bearing a “ Riad Anyssates ” sign.

The driver will leave you with Taram, our gardian, who

will help you with your luggage and take you to the riad

THE AGAFAY DESERT

About 20km from Marrakech, the Agafay desert is a

vast, white dunes arid area stretching over hundreds

of acres. One is easily confused in believing that

they are sand dunes while they actually are earth

ripples reminiscent of our faraway and unaccessible

Ergs.

THE LALLA TAKERKOUST LAKE

A paradise of coolness and serenity built during the

french protectorate, the Lalla Takerkooust dam pro-

vides Marrakech and its

area with electricity. It

also gave birth to the

lake with the same

name.
