Rhythm Engineering has leased 16,692 square feet of office space at Southlake Technology Park'sTech 5 building, located at 11206-11228 Thompson Avenue in Lenexa, KS. The engineering firm willrelocate from Corporate Oaks at 12351 W 96th Terrace, also located in Lenexa.

The firm specializes in traffic engineering, specifically traffic signals synchronicity, and haspartnered with departments of transportation from multiple states and jurisdictions.

Southlake's Tech 5 building delivered in 1990, and encompasses 42,000 square feet of office space.The building is in Johnson County's College Boulevard submarket.

Chuck Connealy and Bob Cattanach of Waterford Property Co. represented the landlord, Hines andOaktree Capital Management, in the lease transaction, while Jim Gates of Colliers Internationalrepresented the tenant.
