15. QUESTION: The RFQ does not specifically state that the Painting Quality Control Supervisor must be present at the site full-time during painting operations. Is it the intent of the RFQ for the Responders to submit a Corporate Quality Control Supervisor that will be overseeing full time NACE certified coating inspector(s) on site? Please clarify. ANSWER: An addendum will be forthcoming.
