BAND-ID SOLUTION
BAND-ID is a patent pending innovative identification and tracking solution for oil and gas operations. The BAND-ID solution consists of a thermoplastic polymer and a RFID (radio frequency identification device) tag that are injection molded directly on to the outer circumference of a pipe body surface. The end result provides an extremely ruggedized visual tracking and identification band designed for harsh surface and down hole drilling applications. BAND-ID enables companies the ability to quickly identify and manage their drilling tubulars and OCTG assets allowing for dynamic workflows and improved processes. Increasing operational efficiencies and reducing NTP (nonproductive time) in critical operations.

Design
Material
The Band ID material consists of a thermoplastic
polymer with fiber reinforcing for high anti-
abrasion and tensile strength
RFID Technology
Band ID utilizes redundant ruggedized HPHT UHF Class
1 Gen 2 RFID tags for efficient identification.
Molding
The Band ID material allows for ease of application via injection molding on the
pipe surface for a slim profile look.

SIZING Sizes are highly customizable to pipe
O.D. sizes. The band width and thickness can also be adjusted to
sizes.
COLOR CODING Color coding allows for quick visual grouping of pipe by classification,
grade, or psi rating.
MOLDS Molds can be designed to fit specific
functional requirements including shape.
CUSTOM STAMPING Custom stamping of band types
such as custom logos or alphanumeric data.

SUCKER ROD GUIDES
Falcon has engineered their sucker rod guides and materials by listening to what you the customer were missing with your current suppliers. Falcons’ rod guides are made from engineered plastics with high impact strengths. Instead of the sucker rod being used as a cutting tool for the inside of your tubing, it actually does as it was designed and centralizes in the tubing, not allowing the rod to buckle and prematurely wear the inside of your tubulars.
