RF SYSTEMS stands as the world leader in development, engeneering, manufacturing and after-sale services related to radio frequency equipments. RF SYSTEMS counts more than 42 countries and owns the widest portfolio of patents related to radio frequency. Furthermore, in the year 1995, the company conceived the vacuum technologies department, aimed to design and manufacture equipments for the cooling requirements of the food industry (as well as for some other special materials).

abouT us

TechnoLogyRADIO FREQUENCYThis technology is based on the peculiar characteristics of dielectric (insulating) materials such as water. Water molecules are subject to polarization when put into an electric field, this polarization correspondes to a deformation and re-orientation of the molecules in accordance to the field itself.In an alternated (oscillating) electric field water molecules invert their own polarization at each single inversion of the field. Furthermore, water molecules invert their polarization at the same frequency of that of the field theyre subject to, dissipating energy due to their inter molecular friction. This energy is said dielectric loss.Inter molecular friction generates heat which increases waters temperature, discharging steam in the environment.The more frequent are the oscillations, the higher will be the energy absorbed by the material; this is the reason why we use radio frquencies able to allow at least 27 millions inversions per second.

susTainabiLiTy Our company is strongly convinced in sustaining the environment and our efforts are constant in order to supply solutions with the minimum possible damages to it. Contrary to traditional installations by air which use fossil fuel, infact, our equipments use only electric energy, which guarantees a minimal effect on the environment without emission of CO2. But not only. Furthermore through an accurate design and the use of the XDry technology we have been able to create equipments which increase efficiency up to 80%. Since it was not enough for us, and after long working in order to decrease the costs and consumptions, we have developed the EfficientSynergic technology, exclusively used by RKB, which gives a so high performance to be considered the cleanest technology in the sector. RKB gives you a 95% of more efficiency, warranty of lower costs and excellent production.
