RF shielding Room


An RF shielding room designed to stop leakages of either Radio Frequency or electromagnetic waves. They are also insulated from exterior sources of RF waves. The combination of both aspects means they simulate a quiet open-space of infinite dimension, which is useful when exterior influences would otherwise give false results. We are design the shield room based on the customers requirements.

RF chambers/Rooms designed to control leakages and external waves in radio frequencies have been used to test antennas, radars, or electromagnetic interference.

RF Shielding Door


Our doors are equipped with a minimum of two rows of beryllium copper "fingers" around the periphery of the door. In the closed position, the fingers contact the door frame to assure an RFI/EMI leak-proof seal. RF Shielding door is made by 3mm thickness steel. Wave Guide


Wave tube is widely used for EMC chamber and RF shielding room. It offer the way to pass though the optic fiber cable or other liquid or gas. The length and diameter be calculated carefully depending upon the frequency range . It will sure not effect the shielding performance.

Beryllium Copper provides excellent EMI protection when used as a gasket, due to its high electrical conductivity. This combined with the properties of high tensile strength, resistance to fatigue and its spring like qualities; make this an ideal material for use in applications such as around enclosure doors, where constant opening and closing is likely to occur.

HM-BCF serial finger strip is the key fittings for RF shielding door. We produce 4 models finger strips. The raw material is beryllium copper. The thickness is 0.12mm.

Honeycomb Vent


Honeycomb vents are used to shield openings for heating and ventilation against undesirable electromagnetic waves.

The honeycomb vent panels are supplied in rigid aluminium frames, pre-drilled or with fasteners made to your specifications or flow drilled thread holes

Standard and cross-cell version-

If a very high shielding level is required, the use of cross-cell honeycombs is recommended. These are made from two pieces of 6.35 mm or 12.7 mm thick honeycomb within a single frame. The shielding performance will improve at the expense of slightly increased air flow resistance.
