Dear Mayor Estrao:
In reference to the Zoning Certification issued by the Municipal
Planning and Development Coordinator/Zoning Administrator, Ami M.
Ambagan, M. E. dated June 30, 2014 that the parcel of land situated
at Brgy. 2 Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental owned by Rey G. Tupas has
been classified residential within 50m from National Highway and
Agricultural in excess thereto, I would like to appeal for the
granting of permit of the cockpit operation in the reason that the
establishment where the cockpit operates already exists prior to
the denial hence I need sufficient time to recover to the expenses
incurred.
I would appreciate it very much if you will grant this
appeal.
