REVOLT IN THE STARS

FADE IN:

EXT. ALDEBARAN - SPACE

An endless visage of stars shine in the void.

A single SPACE SHIP glides silently through the vacuum. On

its hull is the name ALDEBARAN.

SUPERIMPOSE: BORDER PATROL SHIP ALDEBARAN

GALACTIC CONFEDERATION FRONTIER

INT. ALDEBARAN - BRIDGE - CONTINUOUS

We see the Bridge of the Aldebaran. At the HELM two scruffy

PILOTS monitor the flashing console in front of them.

PILOT #1

Another dull Patrol eh?

PILOT #2

Yep.

PILOT #1

We always get the shit patrols you

know?

PILOT #2

Uh huh.

The second pilot nonchalantly flips a SWITCH. The first

pilot looks at him, irritated.

PILOT #1

You don’t seem to mind.

The second pilot shakes his head no.

PILOT #2

It’s the way things are. Just

accept that and you’ll be a much

happier person.

PILOT #1

Uh huh.

A RED LIGHT flashes on the console. Both men become alert.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 2.

PILOT #1

What do we got?

The Console RADAR SCREEN shows a red dot closing in on a

GRID.

PILOT #2

It looks like a single Grey ship.

Class two. It’s on a direct

trajectory for the defense grid.

PILOT #1

Suicide run?

PILOT #2

Not sure. But it’s still a good

ways out.

PILOT #1

Better notify Fleet Command.

PILOT #2

Roger that. (Into Comm. Device)

This is the Border Patrol ship

Aldebaran calling Fleet Command,

over?

The men watch the VIDEO SCREEN. Then a loud STATIC NOISE

comes from the Console. Its irritating to hear. Both men

react to the noise.

PILOT #1

Damn!

The video screen remains blank. A voice comes over the

intercom.

VOICE (O.S.)

This is fleet command. Go ahead.

PILOT #2

Fleet command it looks like we’re

having technical difficulties on

this end. We’re not receiving you

on visual.

VOICE (O.S.)

We’re receiving you fine here

Aldebaran. Whats the situation?

The second pilot looks somewhat suspicious.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 3.

PILOT #2

We have an incoming Grey ship,

Class two. It’s heading straight

for the defense grid.

INT. COMMAND CENTER

Figures shrouded in the darkness move around in a dimly lit

room lined with blinking COMPUTER EQUIPMENT. One of the

figures stands in front of a communications console.

PILOT #2 (O.S.)

(Filtered through radio)

Please advise, Over.

The first darkened figure looks at another figure standing

next to him. The other figure nods his head yes.

INT. ALDEBARAN - BRIDGE

The pilots await a reply. After a long, tense beat the voice

returns.

VOICE (O.S.)

Copy that Aldebaran. We’re aware of

the situation. We’re sending a

patrol to intercept the incoming

boogie. Return to base immediately.

Fleet command out.

Before the Pilots can respond the audio device CLICKS OFF.

The first Pilot sits back in his chair and rubs his chin.

PILOT #1

That was weird.

PILOT #2

We’ve never had a communication to

fleet command disrupted before.

PILOT #1

We have our orders. Setting course

for home base.

PILOT #2

Copy that, but I’m going to keep

scanning the sector. I want to see

this.

The Aldebaran changes direction as its engines fire up.


The two pilots monitor the console. It shows the Grey vessel

approaching the defense grid. But with no sign of the

promised Loyal Officer patrol.

PILOT #1

Where the hell are they?

PILOT #2

I don’t know. (Beat) Raise Fleet

Command again.

The first pilot flips a switch.

PILOT #1

Fleet Command this is the Aldebaran

over.

This time there is no reply. Only more of the static noise.

PILOT #1

(More urgency)

Fleet Command come in. This is the

Aldebaran requesting backup, please

respond.

The radar shows the Grey Ship is near the defense grid.

PILOT #2

The incoming is on top of the grid!

EXT. SATELLITE - SPACE

A large Satellite floats against a back drop of Stars. In

the distance the Grey vessel rapidly approaches.

It collides with the Satellite knocking out the massive

FORCE FIELD and causes a cascade effect that reaches other

Satellites and causes them to explode as well.

The two pilots continue to monitor the radar. It shows the

defense grid going offline.

PILOT #1

The entire grid is down in sector

four!

Now the Radar shows a large field of RED DOTS coming across

the border.

PILOT #2

My God, the Grey Fleet’s breaking

through!


The Aldebaran is destroyed by LASER FIRE as an ARMADA of

SAUCER SHAPED SPACE SHIPS rocket past through space.

Its a full on invasion of the GALACTIC CONFEDERATION.

INT. T.V. MONITOR - DAY

The Tele-screen depicts a Newscaster. Behind her is a

caption that reads: WAR!

NEWSCASTER

Today at approximately Eleven

twenty three R.T. the unthinkable

happened... The Galactic

Confederation was invaded. Somehow

the defense grid that has kept the

Grey Armada at bay since they first

appeared three years ago was

breached.

Then the screen shows a video of NINTH ARMY SOLDIERS and

ROYAL OFFICERS marching into awaiting Space ships.

NEWSCASTER (CONT.)

The Loyal Officers and Ninth Army

are now in full mobilization to

repel the invaders.

EXT. CITY - DAY

From a grassy field, a futuristic looking CITY glimmers in

the distance. A RINGED GAS GIANT hoovers in the sky.

SUPERIMPOSE: CAPITAL CITY - PLANET CHELLIS

TWO MONTHS LATER

From this distance, the city looks tranquil. Its towering

SKYSCRAPERS reach to the heavens. But all is not as calm as

it seems as -

Suddenly, a FLYING SAUCER streams over head. It takes a

direct hit from an incoming missile and plunges to the

ground.

Then hordes of Grey invaders run into view. They fire their

LASER WEAPONS at an unseen opponent as they retreat towards

the city.

But many are cut down as a barrage of PLASMA FIRE plows

through their ranks.

Its a full-fledged maelstrom as the Grey aliens are beaten

back by -

THE LOYAL OFFICERS, and NINTH ARMY TROOPS.

These soldiers are beyond advanced. Bio mechanical Ultra

Humans.

The Loyal Officers are the "Warrior Kings" of the

Confederation. They appear more human. Similar to the

ancient KNIGHTS of lore.

The Ninth Army soldiers look more rugged, robotic. "The foot

soldiers". But both are engineered for combat.

One of the Loyal Officers stands out amongst the others. A

white Knight. COMMANDER RAWL. Governor of the planet

TEEGEEACK and leader of the Loyal Officers.

Rawl pushes his way forward. Leveling dozens of Greys with a

single volley from his automatic PLASMA RIFLE, the X-1.

He yells to the other troops.

RAWL

Advance!

Then Rawl looks at the city scape.

CONTINUED: 7.

From it, he sees three large SPACE SHIPS begin to lift off.

Grey vessels attempting to escape. Rawl speaks into his

wrist COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE.

RAWL (CONT.)

Three enemy ships are launching.

Take em down!

A dozen incoming missiles slam into the fleeing vessels. Two

of the ships quickly collapse to the ground in a massive

fireball. The third ship, although damaged, continues its

ascent.

The Loyal Officers decimate their foe and reach the cities

edge.

EXT. CITY - DAY

The Loyal Officers enter the city, cautious. Their weapons

aimed high as the SOUNDS of sporadic gun fire can still be

heard ECHOING through the streets.

As the Officers scan the area. They see the city in ruins.

Its infrastructure smashed. Smoke rises. Rubble now where

buildings once stood.

As the Officers continue down the main boulevard, they hear

the sound of something approaching.

Dozens of human’s emerge from the smoke. They hold weapons

and aim at the soldiers. The humans start to scream.

MAN

Please Help us! We can’t stop our

self’s!

MAN #2

The Grey’s are controlling us!

The humans open fire. A burst of return plasma fire from the

Loyal Officers. The humans die.

RAWL

My God.

SOLDIER

They were "Brain banged" by the

Grey’s.

RAWL

I know.

(CONTINUED)

The men looked stunned as they gaze at the gruesome scene as

out of the ranks, a Ninth Army Soldier approaches Rawl.

SOLDIER

Commander, Lieutenant Chi of the

Human observation team wishes to

speak with you sir.

Rawl gives a grim nod yes. He deactivates his THETA ARMOUR,

revealing a handsome face and wavy blond hair. Looking at

him one would never believe he’s a fierce warrior.

RAWL

Let him through.

Several uniformed men muscle their way through the ranks.

They look puny next to the armor-clad soldiers.

One of the men, LIEUTENANT CHI, head of the Human

Attache, walks up to Rawl. Chi motions towards the

devastation.

CHI

Do you see this Commander?

Rawl glares at Chi, no doubt he would love to deck this

prick.

RAWL

The city will soon be secure

Lieutenant.

CHI

Yes, but at what cost? Human cost?

RAWL

A lot of my Soldiers died as well.

CHI

I’m not just talking about this

battle Rawl. I’m talking about the

entire war. So many Humans have

died.

Rawl peers at Chi before walking off without responding. Chi

returns a spiteful smirk.

Rawl approaches another Loyal Officer.

RAWL

Police the entire city. Take no

prisoners.

(CONTINUED)

ROYAL OFFICER

Yes Sir!

Rawl scans the devastation as the Soldiers begin their

patrol.

FADE OUT:

FADE IN:

INT. T.V. MONITOR - DAY

A TELEVISION SCREEN with a newscaster. A caption appears

behind her that reads: VICTORY!

NEWSCASTER

Victory for the Confederation! The

Loyal Officers have driven the Grey

Invaders from their last stronghold

on Chellis and the Grey Fleet is

now in full retreat. Its seems the

war may finally be over.

The scene on Television screen changes. It now shows Troops

disembarking from battle ships.

NEWSCASTER (CONT.)

Nevertheless, some questions remain

as to the apparent late response to

the invasion by the Loyal Officers

and the resulting high Human Death

toll. The government over site

committee has promised a full

investigation.

Another Channel shows protesters. A reporter interviews one

of the protesters. A shrill idiot.

PROTESTER #1

The Loyal Officers think they’re

better than us just because their

genetically enhanced. We’re just

human. That’s why they were so

slow!

Another protester grabs the mic.

PROTESTER #2

Yeah, if they where the ones being

killed they’d have got off their

asses faster!

INT. CORPORATE OFFICE - NIGHT - CONTINUOUS

Twelve figures sit at a TABLE in the middle of a large

darkened room.

One of them, MASTER LORD CHU, EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT OF THE

INTERGALACTIC BANK nervously twists the ring on his finger.

The twelve men watch a Tele-screen. The events of the

protest are being broadcast on the evening news. STY, The

head of the GALACTIC PSYCHIATRIC ORDER smiles at what he

sees.

CHU

An excellent idea to have our

operatives pose as protesters.

KOL

(Pointing at Sty)

Our resident Psychiatrist should be

thanked for that idea.

Sty gives a smug nod yes.

STY

Elementary Psychology really. And

along with agitating the people, it

should help sway public opinion in

our favor.

KOL

I’ll make sure the news coverage

continues to focus on the

protesters anger against the Loyal

Officers.

The group nod yes at each other.

FIGURE TWO

Now is the time to introduce our

candidate?

FIGURE THREE

Yes. I believe the time is right.

Another figure, holding a CANE and hidden by shadow, moves

away from the window.

This is XENU, owner of THE GALACTIC ENERGY CORPORATION. One

of the wealthiest men in the Confederation.

Yes, it is time.

CHU

(Gesturing to the third

figure)

Are you ready?

FIGURE THREE

I’m ready.

CHU

Then it’s settled.

Xenu interrupts.

XENU

No.

CHU

No?

XENU

This is my plan. I’m taking control

of it. I will be the candidate.

A mixture of surprise and puzzlement comes over the twelve

men.

Xenu looks at KOL, the president of the GALACTIC NEWS CORP.

a mega media corporation that controls large areas of news

outlets.

XENU

Make me look good in the media Kol.

KOL

Every news channel will proclaim

your glory Xenu. You have my word.

INT. COUNSEL CHAMBERS - DAY

Loyal Officers are seated around at table. A holographic

display above the table shows Xenu at a rally. Many cheering

citizens are in attendance.

One of the Loyal Officers speaks, ATON.

ATON

The people want us to do

something...now. We must choose

him.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 12.

RAWL

I’m not sure about the choice. I’ve

heard many things about Xenu and

the way he conducts business. I

don’t trust him.

ATON

What specifically makes you so

weary of him?

RAWL

I believe its possible if elected,

he would use the war as an excuse

to pass draconian law.

LAD

(Sarcastically)

Possible?

ATON

The people are afraid of more Grey

attacks.

RAWL

I’m telling you we drove the Greys

out! The idea of "marauding" Greys

still hiding in Confederation space

is Media hype, nothing more.

A sense of urgency comes over the group.

ATON

The Government over site committee

stated it’s possible some Grey

elements could have been left

behind. Abandoned by their fleet.

RAWL

That’s speculation at best. Where’s

the proof?

LAD, another Loyal Officer chimes in. He attempts to change

the subject.

LAD

Electing Xenu could ease the

tension between us and the people.

RAWL (CONT.)

Would the people still be at ease

if they really understood all of

his proposals? Personal income Tax?

Credit reports? Identity cards for

all citizens?

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 13.

LAD

Desperate times call for desperate

measures.

Rawl shakes his head no.

RAWL

The Confederation has faced many

threats in the past. It never

wavered from its founding

principles. I see no need to start

now.

ATON

It is the only way Rawl... But of

course, the final vote is yours.

After an intense beat.

RAWL

We serve the people...So be it.

Rawl stares at the Holographic Image of Xenu. The candidate

most popular with the people. The image burns in his mind.

INT. GALACTIC HALL OF THE PEOPLE - DAY

Xenu speaks to the assemble. The proceedings are being

recorded by FLOATING CAMERA BOTS and broadcast across the

Confederation.

XENU

Greetings my fellow citizens. I

come before you a humble man. A man

who has been given a great honor to

serve the Galactic Confederation.

And as promised, if elected, my

first action would be to pass an

executive order that would create

the Confederations first all human

Police organization, "The Galactic

Defense Force"! And I have just

signed that order into law.

Thunderous applause fills the auditorium. Except for the

Loyal Officers. Rawl particularly looks stoic.

This doesn’t go unnoticed by Xenu.

XENU (CONT.)

This force will be dedicated to the

safety and security of the people.

(MORE)

the Loyal Officers to ensure that

another Grey attack never happens

again!

Rawl peers at Xenu. His words ECHO in his mind. Rawl turns

to his most trusted friend and fellow Loyal Officer, MISH.

RAWL

I hope I did the right thing Mish.

MISH

You did my friend. You did.

The applause continues.

FADE OUT:

FADE IN:

EXT. SPACE - TEEGEEACK

A beautiful blue and white planet, TEEGEEACK, rotates

peacefully in space.

Several DC-8 shaped PLANETARY EVACUATION VEHICLES, each

capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people, glide

into orbit.

SUPERIMPOSE: PLANET TEEGEEACK

TEN YEARS LATER

EXT. PRAIRIE - DAY

An endless visage of grass and shrubs sway gently in the

breeze. A sharp contrast to the massive plums of smoke in

the far distance.

A large shadow sweeps across the field. Above flies an

almost invincible space ship, THE INTERCEPTOR PRYDWEN. The

Flag Ship of the Loyal Officers. It moves at incredible

speeds towards the plums.

A voice is heard.

RAWL (O.S.)

(Filtered through radio)

Base one, we’re closing in on the

volcano, over.

(CONTINUED)

BASE ONE (O.S.)

Copy that Prydwen.

INT. PRYDWEN - BRIDGE - CONTINUOUS

Rawl and Mish sit at the COMMAND CENTER.

MISH

We’re almost on target.

Rawl nods yes.

RAWL

Get me as close as you can, Mish

MISH

You bet.

A BUZZ NOISE comes in over the console. Its LIEUTENANT ZEL,

of the Teegeeack Branch of the Galactic Defense Force.

MISH

Rawl, we have an incoming

communication from Lieutenant Zel

of the G.D.F. Teegeeack branch.

Rawl rolls his eyes.

RAWL

Go ahead Zel.

INT. BASE ONE - DAY

Zel monitors Prydwen on his computer screen, a suspicious

look on his face. Irritated. His demeanor exudes a "law and

order" mentality.

ZEL

(Into comm device)

Planetary EVAC ships are in orbit

Commander. Just give the order.


Rawl calmly leans into the inter-com.

RAWL

Copy that Zel. But give me ten

minutes, and I’ll have this

situation under control.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 16.

Rawl turns to Mish. He shakes his head.

RAWL (CONT.)

These emergency response boys

always over react.

MISH

Yeah The first thing they want to

do is relocate everybody when

things get a little rough.

INT. BASE ONE - DAY - CONTINUOUS

Zel clinches his jaw. He doesn’t like to be second guessed

about anything. He turns to an adviser standing next to him.

ZEL

(Whispering, Bitter sounding)

It’s inappropriate to have the

Governor leading such a dangerous

mission. We really should be

dealing with this.

ADVISER

The entire planets in danger and he

plays fly boy hero.

A drop-dead Gorgeous strawberry blond, confident, with the

body of a Goddess, and a left hook that could stop an

Elephant, over hears this exchange.

MIN, another Loyal Officer, steps forward.

Zel and his adviser notice her approaching. They shrink,

looking like two school boys about to get scolded.

MIN

Boys, do I need to remind you that

you’re talking about our leader?

The voice of the peoples Congress

and a war hero?

Zel attempts to compose himself. He gulps, then puts on his

phony "tough policeman" persona in an attempt to gain

control of the situation.

ZEL

No disrespect intended lady Min.

We’re simply concerned about his

safety.

Lady Min gives an unfriendly smirk.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 17.

MIN

Good answer guys.

INT. PRYDWEN - HANGER

Rawl enters the Hanger. He speaks into his wrist comm.

RAWL

Mish, I’m suiting up.

MISH (O.S.)

Okay. Good luck Rawl!

Rawl clicks a button on a belt around his waist. Glowing

partials trickle out and cover him from head to toe. Theta

Armor coalescing into what looks like iridescent metal.

The Theta symbol emblazoned on his chest. The armor looks as

hard as diamonds.

He steps up to the launch bay doors. Loud CLANGS echo with

each step. He picks up the H-345 THERMO DEVICE, straps it to

his back, then opens the hanger door.

A tremendous blast of air fills the hanger. Rawl looks out

the open door, blue sky and fluffy clouds zip by. He bolts

for the door and leaps out.

EXT. SUPER VOLCANO - DAY - CONTINUOUS

A smoldering and fiery landscape stretch as far as the eye

can see, lava spews up into the air.

A SUPER VOLCANO, ready to unleash a destructive power that

could level the continent and threaten all life on

Teegeeack.

From above this hellish scene a shinny object falls from the

sky. It hurdles toward the ground, striking it with

incredible force.

Tons of rubble explode upwards from the collision. Inside

the impact crater, kneeling, is Rawl.

He quickly stands, then jump’s into action so fast he’s

almost a blur.

Rawl crisscrosses the molten lava landscape. An eruption

explodes in front of him. He leaps over it, lands on his

feet and continues, all in one non stop motion.

Mish’s voice comes in.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 18.

MISH(O.S.)

You’re almost there Rawl. Remember

you’ve only got one shot.

Rawl is blown over by another micro explosion. He lands hard

but is unharmed.

RAWL

(Sarcastic)

Thanks Mish! I almost forgot.

He gets to his feet again and bolts up a mountain side.

Rawl comes upon a cave entrance. Inside, is the heart of the

super volcano’s rage. He enters.

INT. SUPER VOLCANO - DAY

As Rawl enters the cave, he looks like an ant compared to

the enormity of the cavernous expanse.

Further down, at the bottom of a steep valley, flows a river

of lava.

Rawl runs deeper into the mountain, reaching the lava river.

He takes the H-345 Thermo device off his back and places it

near the edge of the cliff above the lava flow. He pushes

some buttons. The device activates. A screen shows a two-

minute countdown.

Then a massive quake rocks the cave. A tidal wave of molten

lava engulfs Rawl at the same time knocking the Thermo

device over the cliff.

INT. PRYDWEN - BRIDGE

Mish looks at his computer screen. He sees that Rawal’s in

trouble.

MISH

Rawl! Do you copy?

Nothing comes back over the airwaves.

MISH (CONT.)

Rawl! Come in!

INT. VOLCANO - DAY

A mound of hardening lava steams as it cools. It cracks and

explodes. Rawl flicks off the remaining pieces and

rushes to the cliff edge.

He looks over and sees the Thermo device perched on a rocky

outcrop below. The countdown reads forty-five seconds and

counting. He’s got to haul ass.

RAWL

Mish, the device is in place. I’m

coming out now.


Mish looks calmer now that hes heard Rawls voice. But

there’s a sense of urgency in his reply.

MISH

Make it fast! This whole area is

going to be a super cooled winter

wonderland in about 30 seconds.

EXT. SUPER VOLCANO - DAY

Rawl runs out of the cave. He looks up to see Prydwen

hovering above. Its hanger door open. He leaps with super-

human strength and lands on the hatch.

INT. PRYDWEN - HANGER

Rawls safely inside Prydwen, without a moment to lose. He

clicks his communication device.

RAWL

Mish, punch it!

EXT. SUPER VOLCANO - PRYDWEN - DAY

With a blast from its jets, Prydwen rockets away just as the

Thermo device detonates.

A blinding flash of LIGHT emanates out of the volcano.

Instantly the eruption stops. The lava solidifies.

Ice spreads across the mountain and the surrounding area for

miles.

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED: 20.

The Super Volcano is completely dormant, frozen solid. The

planet is saved.

The same may not be said for the Prydwen.

The ICE BLAST SHOCK WAVE is so powerful it even freezes the

air. The wave is right behind the ship, getting closer.

If the ship gets caught in the wave it could spell disaster.


Mish is furiously working the helm as beads of sweat trickle

down his forehead.

Rawl hops into the Command chair.

RAWL

Report!

MISH

We’re about to find what it’s like

to be a Popsicle!

EXT. PRYDWEN

The Ice blast shock Wave slightly brushes the back of the

ship. Ice crystals begin to form on the tail.

The Interceptor is about to be engulfed.


Rawl and Mish strain as the G forces push them back in their

chairs.

EXT. PRYDWEN

The shock wave seems poised to over take the ship. But one

last blast of the ships rockets pushes it out of the waves

reach.

The interceptor escapes. The ships undamaged. The shock wave

dissipates.

Rawl sets back in his chair. He let’s out a deep sigh of

relief. He looks over at Mish who does the same. Rawl

smiles. Another brush with death, another escape.

MISH

We’re out of range of the blast.

We’re out of Danger.

RAWL

Well done Mish! Take us back to

base.

MISH

Setting course.

RAWL

Piece of cake!

MISH

Yep. Nothing to it. (Beat) I need a

drink!

EXT. TEEGEEACK BASE ONE - DAY

The Prydwen reaches the base and gracefully lands.

Military personal roll a staircase up to the ship. Its hatch

opens and out step’s Rawl. Hes greeted by CAPTAIN JOC. A

salute. A return salute. Then a handshake.

JOC

Welcome back Sir. And may I say job

well done!

Rawl appreciatively shrugs off the compliment.

RAWL

All in a days work Captain.

Rawl makes his way to the bottom of the staircase where a

large group of REPORTERS and other media are waiting. CAM

BOTS float around, recording.

Several reporter’s jam microphones in his face. A cacophony

of questions about the days heroic events hit him at once.

He cuts his way through the crowd. They follow.

REPORTER ONE

How does it feel to be a hero

Commander? --

(CONTINUED)

RAWL

--I’m not a hero!

REPORTER TWO

Is it true you almost died?

--

RAWL

-- No not true at all.

REPORTER THREE

How does the device you

used to stop the volcano

work? --

RAWL

-- It basically quick

freezes everything within a

geographical area.

REPORTER THREE

Are you serious about repealing the

"Galactic security Act" in the up-

coming Congress?

This question stops Rawl in his tracks. A buttons been

Rawl smiles and starts walking again. Through the exit, he

SUPERIMPOSE: OUTER LIMITS

SECTOR 22

A lone Grey MOTHER SHIP streaks through the void. But its

surrounded by hundreds of Ninth Army FIGHTER CRAFT. They

launch a barrage of plasma fire at the vessel.

Three gigantic GALACTIC CRUISERS also pursue from a

distance. Two MISSILES launch from the lead Cruiser.

A missile smashes into the Mother ships hull. An explosion

bellow out of it side. The ship slows to a stop.

INT. GALACTIC CRUISER - BRIDGE - CONTINUOUS

RED EMERGENCY LIGHT FLASH as CAPTAIN KEP, a battle hardened

veteran of the Grey War, surveys the battle through the

bridge portal.

HELMSMAN

Sir, the Grey ship is disabled.

KEP

Are communications with Fleet

Command still down?

HELMSMAN

Yes Sir. Same as before. Nothing

but static.

Attention all fighters. Cease fire

EXT. SPACE - GALACTIC CRUISER - CONTINUOUS

The Cruisers hanger door opens and a SHUTTLE CRAFT exits. It

approaches the Grey vessel.

The Shuttle lands on the Mother Ships hull.

INT. GREY MOTHER SHIP - CORRIDOR - CONTINUOUS

SPARKS erupt around the edges of a hatch. The door hits the

floor with a metallic BANG.

Dozens of Ninth Army troops, Alpha Squad, enter and take

combat positions.

At the far end of the corridor, several figures stir in the

dim light. Armed with rifles they aim at the Soldiers.

A blast of plasma fire streaks down the corridor. Several

soldiers are cut down.

The Ninth Army soldiers return fire at figures they can

hardly see.

Flashes of light briefly illuminate the corridor as both

sides engage in furious close quarters combat.

Kep takes out two PLASMA GRENADES and tosses them. They roll

down the isle and EXPLODE.

The smoke clears. The guns fall silent. The enemy’s been

killed.

Kep motions for the men to follow him.

KEP

Get to the bridge.

Kep stops and looks at the dead combatants. He seems

puzzled.

INT. GREY MOTHER SHIP - BRIDGE

The bridge door opens, and Alpha Squad enters. Dead bodies

lie everywhere. The dead bodies are humans, Not Grey’s.

Kep flips over one of the bodies. He pulls up the dead mans

shirt. He sees the emblem often worn by G.D.F. tattooed on

the his chest.

Kep motions to a soldier.

Fissures of light open near the Mother Ship. Three GALACTIC

DEFENSE FORCE BATTLE SHIPS come through the fissures and

take an attack posture.

A Holographic Image of Chi, now wearing the GREY/GREEN

UNIFORM of the Galactic Defense Force appears on the bridge.

This is Lieutenant Chi of The

Galactic Defense Force. According

to Article 28, this operation now

falls within our jurisdiction.

Lieutenant. These are not Grey

The ensign smiles and nods yes.

Just as Kep gives the order the lights on the bridge

flicker. The consoles begin to darken. Its as if the ships

And the Grey ship?

The G.D.F. Ships move forward with the captured Ninth Army

vessels in tow.

A battery of missile’s strike the Grey Mother ship. Its

vaporized instantly.

EXT. TEEGEEACK CAPITAL - DAY

The beautiful capital seemingly stretches over the horizon.

Tall skyscrapers dot the landscape. Ultra modern. Having an

art deco flavor.

Rawl’s private SKY CAR flys through this impressive view.

Several G.D.F. Surveillance Bots pass by the air car.

Rawl notices the Surveillance bots, FREEDOM DRONES. They

hoover close for a moment before flying downward to monitor

the city streets below. Min motions out the window.

(Sarcastically)

More like Xenu’s spy bots.

Then Rawl looks outside at a G.D.F. electronic billboard.

They seem plastered on every corner of the city. The boards

present a ugly contrast to the beautiful architecture.

A handsome, clean cut ANNOUNCER appears on the screen. He

speaks with such volume that his words easily bleed into the

air car.

ANNOUNCER

Jobs, homes, and more importantly,

security with a strong defense

force. That’s what "The Galactic

Security Act" brings to the people

of the Confederation. If you

support it, you support your

future. And remember, Taxation is

the mother of civilization.

Then a caption appears that reads: Brought to you by The

Office of the Supreme Ruler.

Rawl turns his head away in disgust. Min takes him by the

hand and he manages a smile.

EXT. GOVERNORS PALACE - DAY

The air car glides into position and lands at the platform

of the Beautiful Governors Palace.

A beautiful structure of Celtic design. The symbol of a RED

DRAGON hangs over the Palace entrance.

INT. RAWLS BEDROOM - DAY

Rawl and Min enter the bedroom. Its surprisingly quaint for

a Loyal Officer. Attractive in a minimalist way.

Min doesn’t waist any time. She grabs Rawl and lays a

passionate kiss on his lips.

At the window Xenu stares into the distance. He leans on his

club like cane.

An individual comes into the room and rushes over to him.

get captured by Fleet Command. Do

you realize what a mess that was? I

had to incarcerate three Galactic

Cruisers!

G.D.F. OFFICER

As the newscaster continues the messenger chimes in.

A photo of a smiling Rawl pops up on the screen.

Xenu grits his teeth. A picture of the Super Volcano raging

burns into his eyes.

Kols face turns white as the blood drains away in terror. He

grabs his communicator and and yells into it.

matter what! Pull it now!

Xenu turns to Chi and snaps.

Hundreds of Loyal Officers stand at the SPACE PORT entrance.

In the distance, the diplomatic space ship TEEGEEACK ONE

sits on a launch pad.

Rawl, Min, Mish, Ap, approach the gate.

Rawl looks at a Tele-Screen to his right. A lovely FEMALE

G.D.F. ANNOUNCER appears.

FEMALE ANNOUNCER

Citizens, the Grey invaders have

been known to telepathically

manipulate humans. So if you

observe anyone acting suspiciously,

or making "anti-government"

statements, You should report it at

once to your nearest Galactic

Defense Force branch. Remember that

Freedom requires constant

vigilance.

Then a caption appears that reads: This message brought to

you by the Galactic Defense Force. Protecting your future.

Rawl turns away and looks at the Prydwen parked in the

distance.

I don’t trust these diplomatic

ships.

MISH

I know what you mean. It’s just

RAWL

Yeah... I have an odd feeling is

This snaps Rawl out of his pleasant reverie. He looks angry

for a moment. But he obliges and steps through.

EXT. SPACE PORT - LAUNCH PAD

Teegeeack One’s engines ignite and the ship lifts off.

EXT. TEEGEEACK ORBIT

The ship leaves the upper atmosphere. A flicker burst of

light materializes in front it. It enters the fissure and

vanishes.

EXT. HOME PLANET - ORBIT

Fissures of light materialize above Home Planet. Teegeeack

One emerges and enters the planet’s atmosphere.

EXT. HOME PLANET - SPACE PORT - DAY

The ship lands at the Capital City Space Port.

EXT. GALACTIC HALL - DAY - CONTINUOUS

Standing in the middle of the city is a majestic structure.

THE GREAT GALACTIC HALL OF THE PEOPLE.

Lining each side of the walk way that leads to the entrance

are the FLAGS of the 76 planets of the Confederation.

Droves of people are entering.

INT. GALACTIC HALL - AUDITORIUM - CONTINUOUS

As we scan the auditorium we see a giant wreath, with 21

stars in its middle. It dominates the back wall.

At the back of the auditorium is the station of the

EXECUTIVE BRANCH. Xenu’s cabinet are seated there.

Xenu himself presides at a high Podium that enables him to

view the entire audience.

The noise dies down as the delegates settle in. The Loyal

Officers take their seats.

Xenu’s and Rawls eyes lock for a moment. An instant tension

builds.

Xenu takes a brass hammer and hits a gong. The sound

reverberates. A silence ensues.

I, Xenu, duly elected Supreme Ruler

by the Loyal Officers of the

Galactic Confederation, do declare

the two thousand and fifty-fourth

Congress to be in session.

An Archbishop stands. He puts his hands together in a prayer

gesture and lowers his head.

All blessings to Almighty God and

the Galactic Confederation, upon

its 21 stars, upon its 76 green

planets, upon its trillions of

population and upon the Loyal

Officers, loyal to the people, to

the Confederation and to God and

Xenu clears his voice. He scans the auditorium. His face

authoritative, determined.

Rostrum that faces the Executive branch. Although he speaks

for them, he is not a Loyal Officer himself.

JON

Lord Xenu, I speak on behalf of the

Loyal Officers. They elected you

ten years ago to protect the people

of the Confederation and to ensure

that it is safe from another

attack. And since that time, you

have done just that.

The Royal Officers look questionably at Jon as he continues.

Its as if he’s going off script.

Rawl turns to Mish.

RAWL

(Whispering)

This is what we get for hiring an

outsider to speak for us.

Mish nods in agreement.

JON (CONT.)

And although the Grey Invader

armada was defeated, it’s

reasonable that some "enhancements"

to existing laws are necessary in

order to keep the Confederation

secure. However, there may be some

question as to how far these laws

should go.

Xenu lifts his hand, motioning to speak.

an already high Taxation rate.

Xenu contemptuously smirks.

Untrue. The Confederation is still

technically at a state of war.

Additionally, intelligence reports

indicate that marauding Greys may

have already kidnapped humans,

brainwashed them and then placed

them back into society for use as

sleeper agents to commit terrorist

attacks. So it is necessary to

monitor private communications in

order to prevent such activity.

JON

Yes, this is true and has been

reported as such in the media.

Rawl glares at the exchange. He’s visibly becoming more

agitated with each passing word.

XENU

Additionally, these programs must

be funded. Increased taxes are the

only way to maintain them. So you

see these measures are needed. And

anyone who opposes them flirts with

treason!

Rawl abruptly jumps up from his chair. He briskly approaches

the rostrum. The audience focuses in on him.

Rawl turns at the Royal Officers.

The Confederation was founded on

the principles of Liberty. The

actions of the Executive branch

have brought it to the brink of

becoming a police state. And it

must stop here, now! I motion to

repeal every executive order passed

by Xenu in the last ten years. Do I

The Loyal Officers take the voting devices in their hands

and press the buttons.

The massive HOLOGRAPHIC VOTE TALLY SCOREBOARD reads: "MOTION

I also motion to enact impeachment

proceedings against Xenu and his

entire cabinet. Do I have your

Gasps fill the hall. The Loyal Officers look hesitant,

unsure.

Then Rawl adresses the entire audience.

Xenu looks utterly stunned. His face pale. He drops his cane

and slumps in the chair.

Commotion fills the hall.

EXT. GREAT HALL - DAY - CONTINUOUS

As the multitudes exit the Great Hall, Rawl stands by

himself. He gazes at the Capital City skyline in the

distance.

Lady Min sees him.

She walks to him and they embrace.

MIN

You were wonderful.

RAWL

Thanks. Ready to go home?

MIN

Yes.

They walk arm in arm to an airbus and enter. The air bus

lifts off.

Standing on the staircase is a Soldier of the Galactic

Defense Force. He discreetly observes the air bus fly away.

G.D.F. SOLDIER

(into comm device)

They just left for the Space Port.

CHI (O.S.)

I want to know the minute they

leave the planet.

G.D.F. SOLDIER

Yes Sir.

The door bust’s open. Kicked so hard it almost come off its

hinges.

Xenu hastily enters the room, face red with rage.

Chi and Sty follow keeping a good distance away.

Xenu picks up a vase on the table and smashes it against the

wall. Other objects follow.

Chi and Sty wearily watch this outburst with cautious

curiosity.

Then Xenu stops slowly composes himself.

He makes his way to the conference table and sits. He

motions for Chi and Sty to do the same.

XENU

A minor set back gentlemen. Soon

Rawl will be dead. And my plan will

be in full motion.

CHI

He will be dead. I’ve seen to that.

But I never thought he would bring

impeachment proceedings. (beat) The

whole operations in jeopardy now.

Xenu slyly glances at Sty. A smirk grows on his lips.

XENU

A minor setback like I said.

Doctor, I believe its time to show

Chi our little secret.

STY

I agree your eminence.

CHI

Get ready Chi, we’re going on a

trip.

INT. TEEGEEACK ONE - PASSENGER AREA

Rawl looks out into deep space, he seems preoccupied. Min

places her hand on his leg.

MIN

What’s on your mind?

RAWL

I’m thinking we should celebrate.

I’m going to declare today an

official holiday.

MIN

We can throw a party at the Palace.

Rawl agrees.

MISH

Sounds like fun.

Rawl nods yes and looks back out the window. He notices the

stars, they seem strange.

Then the ship starts to rattle.

EXT. TEEGEEACK ONE - SPACE

Teegeeack One exits a light fissure and comes to an abrupt

stop.

INT. TEEGEEACK ONE - COCKPIT

Two PILOTS check the controls.

PILOT #1

The Hyper drives down. We’re dead

in the water. Raise Teegeeack and

let them know whats going on.

PILOT #2

Roger that.

The first pilot flips a toggle switch as the second pilot

sends out the hail.

(Into comm device)

Attention delegates, the ships

experiencing some Hyper drive

difficulty. It should be fixed in a

we’re being jammed locally.

Then the lights flicker. The cabin goes dark.


Another fissure opens. A Galactic Defense Force ship races

out and targets Teegeeack One.


Rawl sees what’s happening outside.

RAWL

We’re under attack!

He jumps out of his chair.


The G.D.F. ship cuts loose a stream of plasma fire.

Teegeeack one is hit hard.


Sparks fly in the cabin. Rawl is knocked over hard.

Pandemonium ensues.


The G.D.F. ship launches another salvo. Plasma fire slams

into the ship.

A large section of the hull blows out. An instant vacuum

pulls dozens of delegates into space.

Rawl pushes some buttons. A force field activates. The hull

is sealed for the moment.

Mish makes his way to Rawl.

RAWL

Min?

MISH

Shes alright!

RAWL

We’ve got to get to the cockpit

before they make another pass!

They knock passengers over as they rush to the cockpit door.

They kick it open.


Rawl and Mish look at the pilots, dead. The ship controls

are smashed. They throw the pilots out of the chairs and hop

in.

Rawl scans the console. Its dead.

RAWL

The hyper drives still

offline. We’ll have to

ignite the fuel and fly

manually! --

MISH

-- What happens when it all

burns up? we’ll be dead in

space again!

Rawl quickly glances at a screen on his arm. He pushes some

buttons.

RAWL

There’s a planet twenty

clicks from our position.

It’s our best shot! --

MISH

-- Got it!

RAWL

Let’s hope its got an

atmosphere, Okay punch it!

Mish pushes the button that will ignite the fuel.

EXT. TEEGEEACK ONE - SPACE - CONTINUOUS

We follow Teegeeack One as its thrusters fire up. Like a

meteor, its streaks towards the Planet.

The G.D.F. ship makes its turn to pursue. It speeds up and

fires again, missing.


The cockpit rattles violently. Plasma fire streaks by the

forward view port.

Min and Ap enter the cockpit. Rawl yells out.

RAWL

We’re going down!

EXT. PLANET ALTEC - ATMOSPHERE

The two ships plunge into the atmosphere.

Teegeeack One veers off to the left, right. It twirls as it

dodges incoming fire.


The tree line is visible through the view port.

RAWL

Prepare for a crash landing!

They brace for impact.

EXT. TEEGEEACK ONE - JUNGLE

Teegeeack One slams into the jungle. Tree branches rip apart

as the ship descends.

The ship collides with the ground with an ear splinting

CRASH.

EXT. XENU’S SHIP - SPACE

Xenu’s ship glides silently through space. It approaches a

PLANET.

The planets ugly charcoal colored atmosphere is faintly

illuminated by a distant dwarf star.

INT. XENU’S SHIP - COCKPIT

Inside the cockpit the three men gaze at the monstrous world

as it nears. Xenu turns to Chi.

XENU

Welcome to planet Tawn.

EXT. XENU’S SHIP - TAWN’S ATMOSPHERE

The ship enters the atmosphere. Poking through swirling dark

clouds. It approaches the surface.

EXT. XENU’S SHIP - TAWNS SURFACE

In the distance, we close in on a lone MOUNTAIN. It jute’s

out of the bleak desert like a foreboding castle.


Chi’s eyes bug out as Mountain looms ever larger on the

forward port.

CHI

What is this place?

XENU

Impressive isn’t it? I call it

"Mount Xenu." Inside that mountain

is the last remains of a very

ancient and advanced civilization.

Chi looks genuinely impressed.

CHI

Who were they?

XENU

We believe they were called

"Alienist." They

apparently controlled much of the

galaxy eons ago.

Then Chi looks out a side window as the ship circles the

Mountain.

At the base of the mountain is a military CAMP. Thousands of

Space Ships, including the captured Grey fleet, are parked.

In another area hundreds of thousands of G.D.F. Soldiers

march in formation. Xenu points at them.

XENU

My elite guard. The worst criminals

recruited straight out of the

prison system. Murderers, rapist,

psychopaths. Soldiers who will have

no problem killing citizens by my

orders.

Chi looks back to the forward Viewer. The ship is about to

collide with the Mountain!

CHI (CONT.)

Sir we’re about to crash!

EXT. XENU’S SHIP - MOUNT XENU

A hole slides opens in the Mountain side allowing Xenu’s

ship to enter.


Xenu let’s out a Laugh as Chi continues to Panic.

INT. MOUNT XENU

The ship flies down a dark corridor. It hoovers for a moment

then makes a decent, landing on a platform.

The ships hatch opens. The men exit and are met by a crew of

G.D.F. soldiers.

G.D.F. OFFICER

Welcome back your excellency.

XENU

The situation has changed. We will

commence with Operation Ramrod at

once. Are the ships ready?

The officer bows his head and bolts off. He speaks into his

wrist comm device.

EXT. MOUNT XENU

The captured Grey ships engine’s start. One by one the ships

float up into the air and leave the planets atmosphere.

EXT. PLANET TAWN - ORBIT

Fissures of light open before the Grey ships. The ships

disappear into the fissures.

EXT. PLANET ALTAIR - GREY FLEET

The peaceful back water world of ALTAIR rotates in space.

SUPERIMPOSE: PLANET ALTAIR

In the distance, Grey vessels rocket towards the world.

The ships Missile systems activate and target Altair.

EXT. CAPITAL CITY - DAY - CONTINUOUS

Hundreds of people walk the streets of the bustling capital.

Oblivious to the imminent threat.

Then dozens of missiles rain down from above. With surgical

precision they strike.

Massive explosions erupt from all quarters of the city.

INT. MOUNT XENU - CONTINUOUS

Xenu, Chi and Sty make their way through the complex.

The interior looks like something out of a Lovecraft

nightmare. Twisted, uneven architecture. It makes for a

disorientating experience. Not unlike a FUN HOUSE.

alienist technology.

How did you find this planet?

One of my R&D companies discovered

it some years ago. Its not on any

star map. Perfect cover for my

operation. (Gestures) This is my

weapons manufacturing facility.

They walk through a factory. TANKS, ARMORED TRUCKS, GUNS are

being welded together by ROBOTIC ARMS on an assembly line.

Now we see a row of black colored BODY ARMOR not dissimilar

to the ones wore by the Loyal Officers.

CHI

Beautiful suits.

XENU

Their prototype’s. The R6 MODEL.

incredibly durable.

INT. MOUNT XENU - CORRIDOR

As they continue Chi notices strange Alienist "ART" lining

the corridor.

The mural’s depict, ANGELS, DEMONS, A CRUCIFIX, HELICOPTERS,

TRAINS, SPACE SHIPS, SPACE BATTLES.

A little further they come cells with Grey prisoners inside

Obviously tortured and malnourished. They stare blankly as

the men pass.

INT. MOUNT XENU - TORTURE CHAMBER

They come to a large door. A massive Greek PSI SYMBOL

emblazons the Arch leading inside.


We see Dozens of TRANSPARENT TUBES in this room. Its

Alienist technology.

I call this room the torture

chamber. These devices are Alienist

technology.

XENU

Step in.

Chi reluctantly steps inside the tube. Xenu walks over to a

lever and pulls it down.

A wave of energy envelopes the tube. Chi’s locked in a state

of suspended animation.

From Chi’S POV, he can hear Xenu and Sty perfectly. But he’s

paralyzed.

Xenu pulls the lever back up. The energy wave disapates.

Chi steps out, breathing heavily. Panicked.

CHI

What the hell was that?

STY

It puts the subject in suspended

animation.

CHI

I was conscious. But I couldn’t

move.

XENU

That’s right. It’s far worse than

being buried alive.

STY

From what we know it has an endless

power supply. Theoretically, the

subject could be put in suspended

animation forever.

The idea causes Chi to shudder.

XENU

Can you imagine the fear it could

induce in the population? No

citizen would dare oppose us for

fear of being imprisoned in one.

Chi nods yes. Then he notices a device in the corner. It

looks like a rocket launcher console. He walks over to it.

What’s this for? It looks like a

missile launch console.

XENU

This is what I wanted to show you.

It is a launcher, for more nuclear

missiles.

CHI

More? Do you plan to use them?

XENU

Only if necessary. Now do you see

Yes.

Xenu smiles just as a voice comes in over his communication

device.

G.D.F. OFFICER (O.S.)

Lord Xenu. The mission to Altair

was a complete success.

XENU

Excellent! It’s almost time for me

to make my broadcast to the

peasants. Lets go.

EXT. PLANET ALTEC - JUNGLE - CONTINUOUS

Teegeeack One lays in a smoldering crater.

Rawl, Mish, Min and Ap and two surviving delegates hastily

make their way into the jungle brush as -

- The G.D.F. ship circles. A blast of plamsa hits Earth One.

Whats left is evaporated.

Then the G.D.F. ship lands. Troops pour out, guns drawn.

They go to the wreckage and search. The G.D.F. Commander,

ZORT, yells...

ZORT

Any sign of Rawl’s body?

G.D.F. SOLDIER

(Scanning)

No sir. He’s not in the wreckage.

He must have survived. We have to

find him!

G.D.F. SOLDIER #2

Sir, Our guns will be useless.

Zort points to another Soldier. He holds a DF-81 RIFLE. A

weapon that quick freezes anything it hits.

ZORT

Chi gave us those to combat Rawl.

He wont stand a chance.

Rawl notes this exchange and signals for the others to

quietly follow him.

INT. MOUNT XENU - COMMUNICATIONS ROOM

Xenu stands at a make-shift rostrum. Video bots are

recording the proceedings. An assistant gestures to Xenu to

begin his speech.

XENU

Good evening citizens. A short time

ago the Confederation was attacked

from within by a familiar foe, the

Grey Invaders. Today they murdered

innocent men, woman and Children.

But they do understand the folly of

their actions. We are strong. We

are prepared, and our resolve is

unshakable. I have ordered the

Galactic Defense Force to be on

high alert and ready to defend our

planets and relocate citizens to

safe zones if needed. Be assured

that we will not let this attack go

unpunished. We will persevere and

defeat our enemy. Thank you and may

God Bless the Galactic

Confederation.

The assistant motions that the broadcast is over. Xenu walks

toward Sty and Chi.

XENU

Phase one is about to commence.

We’re returning to Home Planet.

EXT. ALTEC - JUNGLE - DAY - CONTINUOUS

The Loyal Officers make their way through the alien Jungle.

Its a bizarre experience because the vegetation moves as if

its inteligent.

MISH

What’s the plan?

RAWL

Steal that G.D.F. ship and get off

this planet.

MISH

Sounds easy enough. (To Ap) Whats

the odds of success?

AP

Fifty, fifty at best.

MISH

I dont like those odds.

AP

Better than zero.

Mish shrugs.

DELIGATE #1

Why did they try to kill us?

RAWL

Xenu doesn’t like me.

MIN

Your right. But I didn’t think he

would take it this far.

RAWL

We’ve got to get back to home and

warn the rest of the Loyal

Officers.

Then they hear a noise, somethings stirring. Now a GRUNT is

heard. Rawl signals them to stop.

WHOOSH. the delegate furthest behind is whisked away in

silence. Falling leaves the only sign he was there.

Rawl turns around and notices the missing deligate. He looks

wide-eyed at Mish.

Rawl signals the others to pick up the pace. Another grunt

is heard. This time closer. Now the Jungle shakes.

A giant creature CRASHES out of the bush. A fucking MONSTER,

resembling a giant MUTANT BEAR. It stares at it’s prey,

ready to pounce.

The group runs like mad. The creature gives chase. It

immediately snatches up the last trailing delegate and

chomps.

The creature smashes through the trees like twigs. It’s

gaining ground, fast.

RAWL

Suit up!

They click their belt’s and the Theta Armour materializes

around them.

Rawl stops and lifts his hand ready to shock the beast with

electricity. But its to late. It swipes him. He hurdles

through the air, crashing into a tree.

The others dodge swings from the beast’s massive paws. Min

barely gets out of the way as a swipe decapitates a tree

behind her.

Mish jumps on its back. He punches its neck with his fist.

Sending electricity through its body. It flips him off its

back. The beast seems dazed from the jolt.

Both Min and Mish launch electric bolts from their hands at

the monster. Rawl jumps in and launches his own bolt

barrage.

The creature begins to buckle. It collapses. Smoldering, but

still breathing.

The group gets together, winded, but otherwise unharmed.

In the distance, they hear the G.D.F. officers approaching.

RAWL

Let’s go.

EXT. CAPITAL - PLANET CRONJIN - DAY

A Loyal Officer walks briskly up MARBLE steps leading into

an office building. Causally, unsuspecting.

Stepping out from behind a row of columns, six G.D.F.

soldiers aim their DF-81 rifles at him. He stops in his

tracks.

LOYAL OFFICER

What is this?

G.D.F. COMMANDER

Sir you’ll have to come with us. On

orders of Xenu.

LOYAL OFFICER

I’m not going anywhere!

The Loyal Officer activates his Theta Armour. He centers his

body against the oncoming assault.

A G.D.F. Soldier aims and fires. The weapon sends out an

energy wave. The Loyal Officer is frozen solid in an

instant.

G.D.F. COMMANDER

Bag him!

Two Soldiers drop a transparent freezing unit on the ground.

INT. LOYAL OFFICERS QUARTERS - DAY

Four Loyal officers casually conduct business in a

conference room. Then a KNOCK on the door.

LOYAL OFFICER

Come.

Three G.D.F. Soldiers burst through the door. Weapons aimed.

All four Loyal Officers are frozen before they have a chance

to react.

Four freezer units hit the floor.

EXT. SPACE PORT

A small government cruiser glides in for a landing. Two

Loyal officer among step out of the ship.

Behind a truck several G.D.F. Soldiers crouch.

As the Officers continue a flash of energy hits them. Ice

and frost spread down their bodies. The other passengers

scream and run for cover.

Xenu sits quietly at the conference table. His eyes closed,

as if hes in deep meditation. An assistant walks up to him

disturbing his reverie.

ASSISTANT

My Lord, Phase one is reported all

clear.

Xenu opens his eyes. A pleasant smile comes over his face.

XENU

(nonchalantly)

Excellent. launch Phase Two.

Xenu closes his eyes again.

EXT. GALACTIC BASE - DAY

Thousands of Ninth Army Soldiers and officers crowd the

parade grounds. Some practice martial arts.

Others March in formation, preparing for possible combat

missions.

INT. TEEGEEACK - GALACTIC BASE - DAY

The OPS room is buzzing with activity. Several soldiers

monitor long distance communications.

One soldier glances intently at his computer screen. He

turns to the Base Commander.

COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Sir, I’ve just lost all

communications with Galactic Base

Altair.

COMMANDER

That’s strange. Did they report

anything unusual?


(Urgently)

They reported several incoming

ships approaching the planet.

Communications ended after that.

The Commander closely looks at the data on the screen.

Another Communications Officer turns to the Commander.

COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER #2

Sir we have several ships coming

out of FTL near Teegeeack.

EXT. TEEGEEACK

Several fissures of light open near the planet. Three Grey

vessels exit the fissures.

INT. TEEGEEACK - GALACTIC BASE - DAY

The screen indicates the approaching ships.


Commander, Three Grey ships just

came out of FTL!

COMMANDER

Battle alert!

The communications officer attempts to open communications.


All communications just went down!

Another officer yells out.


The Bases force field is

deactivating!

Alarms sound off.


We have incoming!

The Commander stares at the radar screen. The deadly

missiles are closing in rapidly.

EXT. GALACTIC BASE - DAY

The Base is evaporated in a massive explosion.

EXT. ALTEC - JUNGLE - DAY - CONTINUOUS

The Loyal Officers quietly observe the G.D.F. Ship from

behind the trees.

RAWL

Okay Min work your magic.

Min gives a naughty smile to Rawl. She undoes the buttons on

her shirt and steps off into the bushes.

She yells out...

MIN

(Yelling)

Help! Can someone help me?

ZORT

(Pointing at the men)

You, go!

The G.D.F. soldiers rush towards the pleading cry. They see

Min standing up against a tree. Part of her breasts are

exposed.

They approach her with guns drawn, cautious. But they like

what they see.

Lady Min looks relieved to see the men.

MIN (CONT.)

Oh Thank God! Our ship crashed! Can

you help me?

The men lower their weapons. They circle Min like a pack of

hungry wolves.

G.D.F. SOLDIER

(Menacingly)

Yes we can help you.

He caresses her hair.

MIN

(Sly)

Thank you.

G.D.F. SOLDIER

But first tell us where Rawl is.

RAWL (O.S.)

Right here!

An armored fist jacks the agent’s jaw knocking him flat. A

barrage of fist and flying bodies follow as Min and Mish

take the soldiers apart with skilled MARTIAL ARTS COMBAT.

After the melee they make their way to the edge of the

clearing. Zort and the Soldier with the freezing weapon

stand guard.

Rawl WHISTLES. the two men swiftly turn around. Rawl wryly

waves at them. The soldier fires the freezing weapon.

Rawl jumps up in the air -

- As the soldier sprays the weapon he freezes trees and

foliage. But misses Rawl as he deftly dodges the beam.

Then Rawl lands in front of the soldier. He Karate kicks him

in the chest. Zort tries to run but is flattened by Min.

All three stand triumphant. Min buttons her shirt. The other

three smile.

RAWL

Lets go!

They board the G.D.F. Ship. The engines start. The ship

launches upwards.

The remaining G.D.F. soldiers converge on the area. They

watch as the ship climbs higher.

From the Jungle a grunting sound comes out. The beast is

back. Zort pulls himself up and peers into the trees. The

Beast jumps out. Screams fill the air.

INT. XENU’S OFFICE - DUSK

Xenu and his cabinet watch a perky news reporter with a

somber expression on the Home Viewer.

Scenes of the now destroyed Galactic Bases are shown.

NEWSCASTER

Unbelievably tragic news just being

reported indicate that every

Galactic Base has been destroyed.

It seems the Confederation is still

under a full-scale attack...

Xenu looks pleased and turns to the group.

XENU

Operation Ramrod is in full swing

gentlemen. Now we initiate Phase

Three. So without further delay.

Xenu motions towards a communications assistant. The

assistant speaks into a comm device.

ASSISTANT

All units begin Phase Three.

Xenu turns around in his chair. He whispers to himself...

XENU

A little gift for you Rawl. The

hero who saved Teegeeack from the

Volcano.

EXT. HOME PLANET - BLACK NEIGHBORHOOD - DUSK

People go about their business on what looks like a normal

evening. Then on the Tele-Screens an Emergency System KLAXON

sounds off.

On top of many buildings and intersection’s, red strobe

lights come alive and flash.

A caption appears on the screen that reads: Stand By for an

important announcement from the Galactic Defense Force. This

is not a test.

Many people stop and point at the Tele-screens. The

neighborhood comes to a stand still as crowds gather.

A G.D.F. officer appears on the screens. His voice echos

through the streets.

SOLDIER

Attention citizens. Your attention

Please. Due to increasing Grey

Invader attacks, this area has been

designated for mandatory

evacuation. Galactic Defense Force

Teams will be converging in the

area shortly. You will be escorted

to Planetary Evacuation vehicles

and taken to safe zones. I repeat

this is a mandatory evacuation.

The Telescreen turns to a map showing the neighborhood.

scrolling across the bottom of the screen is the words

"ATTENTION: AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION ORDER IS IN EFFECT FOR

THIS AREA."

Then above the Neighborhood two ships fly overhead.

Planetary Evacuation vehicles. The vessels are so immense

they briefly block out the night sky.

Confusion insues. A citizen blurts out.

CITIZEN #1

What the hell’s going on?

CITIZEN #2

I think we’re being evacuated.

Now a rumble is heard. Down the street an endless line of

ARMORED VEHICLES roll in. The crowds react with nervous

curiosity.

The Armored Vehicles start parking. Hundreds of heavenly

armed G.D.F. troops in BLACK UNIFORMS exit the trucks.

Then massive AIR BUSES, three stories tall, land in what

seems like every crevice of the neighborhood.

Now the sound of boots hitting the ground echos through the

streets. Whole squadrons of Soldiers march in formation in

the middle of the Avenue.

G.D.F. COMMANDER

(On megaphone)

Citizens! Evacuation protocols are

now in effect. You are to proceed

to the Air Buses for immediate

departure.

A crowd of citizens surrounds the G.D.F. Commander. One of

the citizens steps forward.

CITIZEN

What about our belongings? Our

homes?

G.D.F. COMMANDER

There’s no time. You must go now.

People in the crowd raise their voices. They look more

agitated with each passing moment.

CITIZEN

We’re not going anywhere!

The troops raise their rifles, preparing for a conflict. The

tension builds.

G.D.F. COMMANDER

All of you people get to the Air

Buses, now!

The crowd doesn’t back down. It’s turning into an angry mob.

Before he can take aim the Soldiers fire. The mans crumpled

body hits the ground.

Screams fill the night air. The soldiers turn their weapons

on the crowd.

G.D.F. COMMANDER

Now get to the Air Buses.

The crowd disperses. Many start to cry as they are led away.

EXT. BLACK RESIDENTIAL AREA - NIGHT

Megaphones continue to blare the evacuation order.

G.D.F. soldiers March down a residential street. Pounding on

the doors of every house on the block. Entire families are

marched out and taken to air buses.

The air buses, packed with people, whisk away into the

night.

EXT. LAUNCH AREA

Helicopters fly overhead, pouring spotlight on the area.

An endless line of people walk up the gigantic hatches that

lead inside the ships.

Air Buses continue to land and unload people then

immediately take off again to pick up more.

EXT. PLANET PROCYON - CAPITAL CITY - DAY

Another neighborhood is being evacuated. Another Soldier

speaks on the city Tele-screen’s.

SOLDIER

All citizens who are in the Field

of the Arts, education, Journalism,

religious leaders, civil liberty

activist, or those who are

unemployed must report to Air Buses

Immediately for relocation.

The G.D.F. troops led a long line of mostly White Procyon’s

towards Air Buses. Some citizens are agitated. They look

suspiciously at the troops. Two people break from the line.

PROCYON CITIZEN

Where are we being taken?

Why are only people like us going?

SOLDIER

We’ll get the others soon. But only

after your safe. (Almost mockingly)

The soldier dismisses the citizens gratitude. He motions for

him to continue.

EXT. PROCYON - LAUNCH AREA

The last of the Procyon citizens enter the Evacuation

Vehicle’s.

Two men stand at the bottom of the Evacuation Vehicle. A

G.D.F. Commander and a lab coat wearing Psychiatrist.

G.D.F. COMMANDER

That appears to be the last of

them.

The Psychiatrist adjusts his spectacles.

PSYCHIATRIST

Then they may proceed to Teegeeack.

The Commander speaks into his wrist communicator device.

INT. EVAC SHIP - COCKPIT

Two Pilots sit at the controls awaiting orders.

G.D.F. COMMANDER (O.S.)

Okay your clear for take off.

The pilot flips a switch.

EXT. EVAC SHIP - DAY

The JET ENGINES light up. The motors turn downwards giving

the behemoth ship lift. It floats upwards.

INT. G.D.F. SHIP - BRIDGE

Rawl and Mish work the controls. The data on the

computer screen tells the bad news.

RAWL

(Examining screen)

We’re a long way from home.

MISH

Not only that but this ship has a

tracer device installed. We need to

keep a low profile.

RAWL

Understood. (To Ap) Ap, your the

technical wizard. Do you think you

can access the central G.D.F. data

base from here?

AP

I can try.

Ap pushes a few buttons. Different images pop up on the

viewer. One shot catches his attention. A diagram of some

sort of energy based weapon.

AP

Interesting. This electronic memo

describes a G.D.F. energy weapon

that has the ability to neutralize

any ships power source and jam any

outgoing radio signals at the same

time.

RAWL

That’s how they got us.

Ap takes out a chip and inserts it into the consol.

AP (CONT)

Indeed. I’m going to download this

data. We may be able to use it.

Good, and keep looking. We need to

know whats happening.

AP

We need to contact Teegeeack asap.

RAWL

We will. Then we’ll get that maniac

Ap looks up from the console.

I found something else Rawl. It

seems three Galactic cruisers are

being held by the G.D.F. on Coltus.

(beat) Their crews are scheduled to

be executed.

RAWL

Does it say when?

AP

No.

MISH

We have to rescue them.

RAWL

Agreed. But out first priority is

to get home and warn Congress

before anything else.

INT. XENU’S OFFICE - NIGHT

The office is being prepared for a party. More people show

up at the door and are let in. The atmosphere is festive,

jovial.

Xenu stands alone, sipping on a drink. An assistant walks up

to him.

ASSISTANT

Your excellency, All planets report

the evacuations are complete and

they are on route for Teegeeack .

The assistant briskly walks away. leaving Xenu alone again

staring out the window.

EXT. OUTER SPACE

The armada of Planetary Evacuation Vehicles reache the edge

of the Star system.

The systems sun shines softly in the distance.


The Pilot works the controls. He takes the speaker device in

his hand.

PILOT

This is Galactic Defense Force to

Teegeeack administration, come in.

INT. ADMINISTRATION OFFICE - DAY

A disheveled administrator pushes a button on the

communications console.

JOL

This is Administrator Jol in

command of Teegeeack in Governor

Rawls absense. Go ahead.


The pilot talks into the device...

PILOT

We have the cargo and are ready to

deliver.

INT. ADMINISTRATION OFFICE - DAY

Jol responds...

JOL

Understood. Commander Zel has given

me a full debriefing on the

situation. You may proceed.


The Pilot turns to the co-pilot.

PILOT

Prepare to enter the Atmosphere.

PILOT #2

Roger that.

The co-pilot works the controls.


The Armada enters the atmosphere. Friction from the entry

causes plasma flame to flicker on the ships hull.

EXT. TEEGEEACK ATMOSPHERE - DAY

The ships glide towards Teegeeack’s surface. Flying through

the cloud line. They break formation and scatter in

different directions.

EXT. TOWN - DAY

The view of the Fleet stops people in their tracks in the

town streets. An awesome site to behold.

Despite being a mile above, the ships are so enormous, small

details on the hull are still easily discernible.


A VOLCANO is visible through the ships forward view port.

CO-PILOT

Has anyone asked why we’re taking

these people to volcanoes?

INT. EVAC SHIP - CARGO HOLD

Tens of thousands of grim evacuees, some sad, some angry,

others frightened, listen as the pilot over the intercom

system.

PILOT (O.S.)

We’ll be arriving at the emergency

camps shortly. Thanks for your

patience. Stay Calm...and keep in

mind, this is just a dream.

EXT. VOLCANO - DAY

The dormant volcano looks majestic against the blue sky.

Wisps of clouds trickle across its top.

A dozen Emergency Evacuation vehicles circle the mountain.

Their landing gear drops. The motors turn downwards giving

the ships lift as they float down towards the ground and

land.

The ships HANGER DOORS open. People stream out. Just as soon

as they reach the bottom soldiers start herding them up the

mountain side.

A mother walks holding her little girls hand.

LITTLE GIRL

Where are we going mommy?

MOTHER

Its okay sweety. We’re going to be

alright.

The exhausted mother and daughter continue.

Then G.D.F. Troops bring out thousands of cryo chambers.

Inside are frozen Loyal officers. They stack them

haphazardly on the volcanoes side.


Zel observes Teegeeack through the view port. His grim face

reflects in the glass.

G.D.F. AGENT

(Through communicator)

Lieutenant Zel, the evacuees have

been unloaded.

ZEL

Very good. Your ships may take off

after the charges have been set.

Zel turns to a monitor. It shows Xenu’s delighted face.

XENU

The proceedings are being recorded

as I ordered?

ZEL

Yes my Lord. You will receive a

full copy.

EXT. VOLCANO - DAY

A HELICOPTER hoovers above the Volcano. It lowers a round

METALLIC OBJECT. A 451 MX EXPLOSIVE DEVICE. The most

powerful atomic bomb ever made, on top of the mountain.

At the foot of the Volcano, the human multitude move about,

bewildered, confused. Some yell, wanting to know what’s

happening.

The last of the Evacuation vehicles blast off.

Then a force field activates around the mountain. The

hapless people are trapped.


A communication comes in over a monitor. Its Administrator

Jol from Teegeeack. He looks furious.

(On Monitor)

Zel! You dumped millions of

refugees here and then abandoned

them. This isn’t what you told me

would happen. What’s going on here?

ZEL

The plan has changed. These are

Xenu’s orders. I’m sorry.

JOL

What am I supposed to do with all

these people?

ZEL

(Cold)

Nothing.

Zel flips off the monitor. He steps over to a control panel.

A RED BUTTON flickers on and off. He stares at it.

The helmsman turns to Zel.

HELMSMAN

Execute sir?

A short beat as Zel contemplates the consequences of this

act.

ZEL

Execute.

The agent pushes the button.

EXT. VOLCANO - DAY

A BLINDING FLASH. The tip of the volcano detonates with an

atomic explosion.

The people below don’t even have a chance to scream. They

are instantly vaporized. The MUSHROOM CLOUD expands

outwards.

The shock wave spreads across the surface like an expanding

tornado of flame. Everything in its path is devoured.

Zel looks at Teegeeack through the view port. Atomic

explosions flash all over the globe.

An uneasy look appears on his face. This is genocide on a

planetary scale.

EXT. TOWN - DAY

The fiery cloud approaches the town like a hellish dust

storm. People gaze at it, mesmerized.

As it gets closer, many attempt to flee. But only for a

moment. The atomic cloud engulfs the town. In an instant,

it’s gone.

EXT. TEEGEEACK - VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Teegeeack’s surface is now a smoldering radioactive hell.

MONTAGE

A crater of another Volcano spews molten lava down its

slope. Its fury awoken by the atomic blast. Another one

erupting. Capital city, now a heap of radioactive debris.

Teegeeack Base One, leveled. Only Rawls ship, Prydwen

remains unscathed.

Zel lowers his head. He sighs and turns to the communicator.

ZEL

Send the recording directly to

Xenu’s office.

The communications officer complies.

EXT. SPACE - G.D.F. SHIP IN FLIGHT

The stolen G.D.F. ship rockets through the stars.

Rawl, Min, Mish and Ap listen intently to the communications

coming through on the Galactic channels.

REPORTER

This is truly a sad day. We are

just receiving breaking news from

the Galactic Defense Force that

Teegeeack has just suffered a full

scale assault from the Grey

invaders. Resulting in the death of

Commander Rawl, leader of

Teegeeack.

A photo of Rawl appears with the caption underneath: 9033 -

9066.

Rawl sits up in his chair. A look of dread comes across his

face.

RAWL

No.

REPORTER

Xenu is said to be distraut after

learning of Rawls death and the

attack on Teegeeack and has sworn

to redouble his efforts to defend

the Confederation. Stay tuned for

further details.

Rawl stands up, his eyes burning with rage, his fist

clinched.

RAWL

How close are we?

Mish examines the computer console.

MISH

We’re closing in on the system. But

you know the moment we jump out of

hyper drive the G.D.F. will be all

over us.

RAWL

No doubt.

Another BEEP comes from the computer. Mish looks at his

console.

I think we’re close enough to pick

up Teegeeack’s communication band

width. (Beat) Nothing! I’m getting

no ingoing or outgoing

communications.

MIN

That can’t be right. Could the

G.D.F. be jamming it somehow?

RAWL

I don’t think so. Not the entire

planet.

AP

I fear the worse has happened.

Rawl looks worried.

RAWL

(To Ap)

Are we close enough for you to

signal Prydwen?

AP

I believe so.

RAWL

Try it.

Ap stares blankly into the distance. As if trying to reach

someone telepathically.

AP

I have opened a communication line

with the ship. Its under my control

now.

RAWL

Good. Bring her to us.

EXT. TEEGEEACK BASE ONE - PRYDWEN

Prydwen sits in the middle of smoldering debris. Remarkably

there doesn’t look like a scratch on the ship.

The bridges instrumentation’s come to life.


The Loyal Officers watch Ap as he continues.

AP

I’ve engaged Prydwens engines.

RAWL

Bring her here.

EXT. TEEGEEACK BASE ONE - PRYDWEN

The Prydwen engines light up. Dust bellows underneath the

ship as it lifts off the ground.


Ap nods yes.

AP

Shes on her way.

Rawl turns to Mish.

RAWL

Take us out of FTL.

MISH

Roger that.

EXT. EDGE OF STAR SYSTEM

A fissure of light opens. The stolen G.D.F. ship comes out

and comes to a stop.

In the distance, two other G.D.F. ships start towards Rawl’s

ship.


Mish sees the incoming G.D.F.. A communication beep sounds

off.

They’re hailing us.

RAWL

Dont respond.

MIN

We better suit up.


The G.D.F. fleet orbit’s the planet. Zels ship one of them.


Zel sits at the COMMAND POSITION. The HELMS MAN receives a

communication on his console.

HELMSMAN

Lieutenant, Two ships are reporting

an unauthorized vessel has just

entered the system.

ZEL

There’s not supposed to be any

ships in this area. Tell them to

destroy it at once.

HELMSMAN

But sir, the ship is one of ours.

ZEL

To bad.

EXT. SPACE - G.D.F. SHIP

The two G.D.F. ships open fire. Rawls ship takes a direct

hit.


The bridge vibrates from the attack.

The Loyal Officers are in full armor.

MISH

This bucket won’t take much more of

that!

Another salvo shakes the bridge. Sparks fly out of the

console.

RAWL

Abandon ship!

AP

What?

RAWL

You heard me. Get to the airlock.

EXT. SPACE - G.D.F. SHIPS

The two ships converge on Rawls ship. They continue to blast

it until it explodes.


Zel stokes his chin as he watches the Helm.

HELMSMAN

Sir, there’s a vessel leaving

Teegeeacks surface.

ZEL

Thats impossible!


The Prydwen rockets out of Teegeeack’s upper atmosphere.


The bridge personal tense up as Prydwen approaches.

HELMSMAN

(Nervous)

Lieutenant it’s coming straight at

us!

ZEL

Fire everything!

The G.D.F. Fleet closes in fast on the Prydwen. Every ship

fires its weapons.

Missiles strike the Prydwen, with little effect.

Then Prydwen launches a ferocious barrage of ANTI-MATTER

RAYS back at the enemy vessels. Cutting through them like a

hot knife through butter.

Now Prydwen closes in on Zel’s ship.


Zel looks helplessly as Prydwen looms closer in the view

screen. His ship doesn’t stand a chance.

HELMSMAN

Leautenant, what do we do?

ZEL

(Apathetic)

Nothing.

Zel animates in a cowardly manner. He runs out off the

bridge. Fleeing for his life.

EXT. TEEGEEACK - ORBIT

Zels ship is evaporated with a single ray burst. A small

craft flies out just as it disintegrates. Zel’s escape pod.

The Prydwen rockets forward in search of the Loyal Officers.

leaving behind metallic debris floating in Teegeeack’S

orbit.

EXT. SPACE

The Loyal Officers float through space. Their Theta armor

giving off a slight glow in the void.

MISH

I think I’m going to be sick.

AP

Prydwen is almost here.

RAWL

Hurry Ap.

Just as soon as Rawl says this, a huge shadow, slides up

next to them. Another G.D.F. Ship, ready to capture them.

Then the ship is hit with an anti-matter beam. The Ship in

cut in half.

Prydwen comes into view. It glides up next to the Loyal

Officers.

They grab on to its hull. The hatch opens, and they enter.

INT. PRYDWEN - CORRIDOR

The Loyal Officers rush down the Corridor. Their Theta

Armour deactivates.

RAWL

We have to find out whats happening

on Teegeeack.

Ap grabs Rawl by the shoulder.

AP

Rawl, its been destroyed. When I

activated Prydwen I was able to

scan the ships data base. The

entire planet was bombed by Atomic

weapons. I’m sorry.

RAWL

Any survivors?

AP

Unknown. But mathematically the

odds are very low that there are.

Rawl lowers his head, stunned.

He stumbles to a wall and collapses. Min rushes up to him.

She puts her hand on his shoulder. Mish and Ap look on.

MIN

(Bitterly)

Xenu.

RAWL

It’s my fault.

She’s right. This was

planned. There’s no doubt about

it.

Rawl composes himself. He stands up and gives a forced smile

to Min. But a fierce look of determination grows in his

eyes.

We’re going to Teegeeack.

EXT. TEEGEEACK - ORBIT

Prydwen enters the Planets orbit. The once beautiful blue

world has been reduced to a fiery inferno.

EXT. TEEGEEACK - CAPITAL CITY

The Ship lands. The Loyal Officers, fully armored, exit the

ship. They stop and take in the radioactive desolation. The

Capital City is in ruins, ash rains down like snow.

MIN

(Nearly crying)

Oh my god.

MISH

Xenu. That murdering bastard.

Rawl scans the devastated Capital.

FLASHBACK

Rawl sees the city alive again, its beauty, the people.

END FLASHBACK

RAWL

Teegeeack will live again. I swear

it.

Min puts her hand on Rawl’s shoulder.

MIN

What now my love?

Rawl looks up at the others.

The Loyal Officers start back for Prydwen.


The loyal officers settle in.

Mish, can we patch in to the

Confederation Broadcast system?

Mish checks the console.

MISH

Yes we can. You can send a

Confederate wide broadcast at any

time. It will preempt any other

programing happening on the

network.

RAWL

Very good. I need to stir the pot.

A wry grin grows on Rawl’s lips.

A wild party rages in Xenu’s office. Half nude woman perform

erotic dances for the guests. MUSIC blares out from the

sound system. Xenu and his cabinet sit alone in a corner of

the room.

CHU

(Drunk)

So my Lord, You will appoint me

head of the the new Central

Galactic Bank?

XENU

Yes. I need a good stooge there.

You fit the bill perfectly.

Chu takes the insult like a compliment. Chi snickers.

Two messengers enter the room. They approach Xenu.

MESSENGER

Lord Xenu, the press Corp is

waiting for your address to the

Confederation.

XENU

Ah yes. I’ll be there momentarily.

(To the cabinet) Excuse me please.

Xenu exits the room.

INT. EXECUTIVE PALACE - MEDIA ROOM

A large group of Reporters sit, ready for the press

conference. Cameras are recording. Homeviewer screens are

on.

Xenu enters the room, appearing stately, dignified even, and

quite pleased. He steps up to the rostrum, clears his throat

and looks straight into the camera bot.

XENU

Good evening citizens of the

Confederation. I come to you now

with news of great hope. We are

winning. After the devastating

first attack, we have held strong

and are now pushing the enemy back.

The homeviewer screen flickers. The image on the screen

scrambles. Another transmission is coming through. The face

of Rawl appears on the screen!

Citizens! This is Rawl of the Loyal

Officers of the people.

Xenu’s eyes bug out. He attempts to continue the speech.

(Face drop)

People, do not listen to this

murderer!

EXT. CAPITAL CITY - NIGHT

People gather around the cities’ homeview screens.

RAWL

The Grey attack was staged by this

genocidal maniac. He killed the

Loyal Officers and our own people

in order to seize power.

Rawls words echo throughout the city streets.

INT. EXECUTIVE PALACE - MEDIA ROOM

Kol frantically yells into his communicator, trying to stop

the broadcast. He flees the media room in a rush.

On the screen, Rawl continues.

RAWL

Citizens stand up and fight against

this oppressor, now!

Finally, the broadcast is jammed. The screen goes static,

then a newscaster comes on.

NEWSCASTER

We seem to be having some technical

difficulties. We’ll return in a few

moments.

Xenu stumbles away from the rostrum. He hastily exits the

media room.

INT. EXECUTIVE PALACE - HALL WAY

Xenu enters the hall walking past a terrified Kol who is

held by two guards. Xenu doesn’t even glance at him.

Kol slumps with a sigh of relief. The two guards loosen

their grip. Kol even manages a quite giggle.

WACKKKKKK! Xenu’s cane slams into the back of Kols head. Kol

never knew what hit him. He hits the floor with a loud THUD.

A wild-eyed Xenu peers down at the corpse.


Xenu bursts through the door. Crazed, pumping his cane. He

scans the room. He sees Chi. He bolts over to him. Dropping

his cane, he grabs Chi by the collar.

XENU

He’s alive! You told me he was

dead! The bastards alive!

CHI

(Terrified)

Who is alive my lord?

XENU

Rawl!

CHI

Impossible. He was terminated by my

personal death squad!

XENU

Oh really? Well, I just watched his

prime time television debut!

CHI

He must have escaped.

Xenu releases Chi.

XENU

No shit.

Prydwen streams past the stars. A PLANET looms in the

distance, COLTUS.

A fleet of ships are in orbit around the planet. Held by

force field, the mighty Galactic Cruisers of the Ninth Army.

A G.D.F. HOLDING FACILITY orbits next to the fleet.


Rawl gazes at Coltus as it nears, several G.D.F. FIGHTER

craft exit the Holding facility and approach Prydwen on an

attack trajectory.

RAWL

Mish, scan the base. How many Ninth

Army soldiers are in there?

MISH

One moment. We have some greeters I

need to say hello to.

RAWL

Of course.

EXT. PRYDWEN - COLTUS

Prydwen obliterates the G.D.F. fighters in a blaze of

anti-matter rays.


Mish is finished with the fight and ready to scan the base.

MISH

Now I can concentrate on your

request.

He scans the base.

MISH (CONT.)

Scanners show there’s just a little

over ten thousand troops in

detention cells. Not a lot.

RAWL

It’ll have to do. Take us in.

EXT. SPACE - PRYDWEN - G.D.F. BASE

Prydwen flies in towards the G.D.F. base. Plasma fire knocks

out the bases force field.

The ship glides into an open hanger bay.

INT. HANGER

G.D.F. Troops hurriedly set up tripod plasma guns and take

aim at Prydwen.

The Armored Loyal Officers spring out of the ship. The

Troops open fire. The Loyal Officers dodge the plasma fire

and reach the Troops.

A barrage of martial art combat ensues until the Officers

stand in a heap of crumpled soldiers.

RAWL

Lets go.

The Loyal Officers exit the hanger bay.

INT. G.D.F. BASE - CORRIDOR

Alarms sound off as Rawl, Min, Mish and Ap make their way

down the corridor.

They reach a large hanger door. The door reads: CELL XX-88

NO UNAUTHORIZED PERSONAL BEYOND THIS POINT.

RAWL

Mish, is this it?

MISH

Yes, Captain Kep is in this cell.

Open it?

Ap works the key pad and the Door slides open. The Officers

enter.

INT. CELL XX-88

Rawl sees a CRYO STORAGE CHAMBER with Captain Kep inside. He

checks the controls and flips a switch. The chamber lights

up, its doors open. A gush of frosty air bellows out.

Inside, Kep stirs. He grabs each side of the Chamber and

launches himself forward.

CLANG, CLANG, Kep steps up to Rawl.

KEP

Whats going on?

Rawl smiles.

RAWL

Revolution my friend.

INT. G.D.F. BASE - CORRIDOR

The loyal Officers and Kep walk down the corridor. Many of

Kep’s men are awake now and continue to free

their comrades.

Rawl turns to Kep.

RAWL

We have to take back Home Planet.

KEP

You can count me in.

MISH

Whats the plan?

EXT. HOME PLANET - CAPITAL CITY - MORNING

On the main boulevard, rioters, armed with guns and anything

else they can grab, and City Police Officers engage in a

fierce battle with G.D.F. troops.

A blazing G.D.F. TANK lies in the middle of the street.

Police lights and sirens blare. Explosions blast the area

relentlessly.

It looks like a war zone. Many of the rioters are getting

slaughtered.


Xenu sits in his office. He stares at the home-viewer.

Reports of riots happening across many Planets of the

Confederation are shown.

Pictures of the G.D.F. shooting rioting citizens continue.

ASSISTANT

Reports of more riots in the

capital your excellency. It appears

some of the planetary Police forces

are defecting and joining the

rioters.

XENU

(Sardonic)

Tell the G.D.F. commanders to shoot

all rioters on site. Then have the

Chi looks at the helm.

Keep scanning. He’s out here. I

EXT. HYPER SPACE - GALACTIC CRUISERS

The Galactic cruiser’s bolt through Hyper space. Prydwen

leading the pack.


Mish watches the scanners intently. He sees the squadron of

G.D.F. ships.

MISH

(To Rawl)

Rawl, There’s a fleet of G.D.F.

Vessels in sector twelve. Chi’s

Command vessel is one of them.

Rawl sits forward in the Command position. This is what he’s

been waiting for.

RAWL

Have they spotted us?

RAWL

Ap, can you duplicate the energy

dampening effect against them?

Yes, I should be able to shut down

their power before they can fire a

coming out of FLT in a few moments.

Mish, prepare to exit hyper space.

MISH

On your command.

Rawl eyes the helm display, it shows the G.D.F. fleet is

getting closer. Mish looks at Rawl. The fleet is almost on

top of the G.D.F. vessels.

The tension builds.

RAWL

Now!

EXT. SPACE - G.D.F. FLEET

The G.D.F. Fleet navigate at low speed as fissures of light

materialize around them.

Rawl’s ships blast through the fissures and surround the

G.D.F. fleet.


Loud KLAXONS blare. Bridge crew chaotically run back and

forth. The helmsman turns to Chi

HELMSMAN

Sir we’re surrounded by Ninth Army

cruisers!

CHI

Arm weapons! Prepare to fire!

Then the bridge lights and the consoles start to flicker.

Strange ELECTRONIC SOUNDS echo through the hull.

lieutenant, ship power is

Thier using the dampening device

The bridge’s power goes out except for the dim emergency

lights.


Rawl looks at the view screen.

RAWL

Attention G.D.F. Vessels. Your

ships are disabled. Prepare to be

boarded.


The console shows the image of Rawl as he continues.

RAWL (CONT.)

Do not resist...or you will die.

Chi slumps back in defeat.


Rawl turns to Mish.

RAWL

Mish, tell Commander Kep. I want

Chi taken alive.

MISH

You bet.

What do you plan to do with him?

Pradwen makes several BEEPING noises. A communication from

the Ninth Army comes in.

MISH

Rawl. Chi’s been apprehended. But

he said hurry. He’s having a hard

time not killing him.

RAWL

Tell him I’ll be right over.

INT. CHI’S COMMAND SHIP - BRIG

Chi sits on a chair in the middle of a force field cell. Kep

stands over him. He’s frightened, sweating. His face bloody.

Rawl enters the Brig. Kep grabs Chi by his hair.

KEP

You said alive. Well he is. But I

wanted to thank him for what he did

to me and my men.

Rawl smiles.

RAWL

Understood.

KEP

But he’s not being very

cooperative.

RAWL

I see. Hello Chi.

Chi doesn’t reply.

RAWL (CONT.)

I need your help.

Again he doesn’t respond. A nervous smirk is all he can

muster.

Rawl turns the force field off and enters the cell. He walks

up to him. Chi cowers as Rawl gets closer.

Chi clears his throat.

CHI

I don’t talk to traitors.

RAWL

I wont bother arguing the point.

But you are going to help me. One

A soldier enters the brig. He holds a syringe that contains

a green fluid.

Chi looks at the syringe and jumps out of his chair. Several

soldiers take him to the floor, fast.

CHI

No!

RAWL

Oh yes Chi. As I said. Your going

to help me. One way or the other.

INT. XENU’S OFFICE - MORNING

Xenu looks out the window. Smoke rises from the distance.

The riot is getting closer.

An assistant rushes up to Xenu.

ASSISTANT #2

Lord Xenu, we are receiving a

communication from Chi. He has Rawl

in custody and is returning!

Xenu’s face lights up, this is the stroke of luck he has

been waiting for.

XENU

Excelent!

Xenu rushes over to the communications terminal. A

holographic image of Chi appears. His expression is bland

and robotic.

XENU

Chi! You’ve captured Rawl?

Yes my lord. He is in my custody

right now. Lower the Executive

palaces force field and I’ll bring

him right to you.

A look of suspicion comes over Xenu’s face. He can tell

something’s wrong.

Of course. Before I do is

Yes. Everything’s fine.

XENU

You did a very good job Chi.

CHI

Thank you Sir. Now the force field

please?

XENU

One moment.

Xenu looks down at the console. His finger moves toward a

button. He stops. Then he swiftly flips the holographic

communication off.

XENU

(To assistant)

Is my ship ready?

ASSISTANT

Yes your emenence.

XENU

That idiot managed to get captured

by Raul. I’m leaving.

INT. GALACTIC CRUISER - BRIDGE

Rawl and Kep stands to the side of Chi out of view of the

Holographic image communicator.

A brief beat as they observe the console. The Force field is

not coming down.

RAWL

He’s on to us.

INT. EXECUTIVE PALACE - HALL

Xenu rushes through the hall way. He make’s his way to the

Palace Hanger -

INT. EXECUTIVE PALACE - HANGER

- He enters the Hanger and hastily makes his way to the

Executive Ship. Several members of Xenu’s cabinet follow

behind.

XENU

I’m leaving the Planet.

CHU

Your going alone?

XENU

Yes.

CHU

Who’s in charge while you’re gone?

XENU

ZEL

What about Chi?

XENU

He’s finished.

Xenu enters the ship. Its engines light up. The ship lifts

up and flies out of the hanger.

EXT. HOME PLANET - ORBIT - CONTINUOUS

A multitude of fissures open near Home planet. The Prydwen

and the three Ninth Army Cruisers exit.

Above Home Planet four G.D.F. battle ships are in orbital

patrol. They aim their CANONS at Rawls fleet and launch a

maelstrom of weapons fire.

The space above Home Planet lights up in what looks like an

endless fireworks display. Beautiful, but deadly.

Then like a never ending swarm of locusts, G.D.F. fighters

catapult out of the ships hanger bay’s and target the

freedom fighters fleet.


The bridge crew tense up as the inevitable battle nears.

RAWL

(Into Communication device)

Kep, launch fighters.


Fighters fly out of the Galactic Cruisers launch bays -

- and rocket straight for the incoming G.D.F. fighters. The

two forces collide.

A savage dog fight ensues. Many G.D.F. fighters are

instantly destroyed by their well trained opponents.

But the Ninth Army fighters are vastly outnumbered.


Kep yells to the helm.

KEP

Target those Battle Ships!


Scores of NUCLEAR TORPEDOES launch from Keps Cruiser. They

streak across space on target for the G.D.F. battle ships.

They hit their marks. Two blinding explosions. The G.D.F.

ships are obliterated.

Now its Rawl’s turn...

RAWL

Take out the other two!


The two surviving G.D.F. battle ships are nailed by

anti-matter rays. Cut in half.

Dead G.D.F. crew float out of the wreckage.


Rawl flips the communications switch. The image of Kep

appears on the screen.

RAWL

Roger that!

EXT. HOME PLANET - ATMOSPHERE

As the Ninth Army and G.D.F. fighters continue to battle,

Keps ship and the Prydwen break away and head for their

targets on the surface.


Kep closely observes the forward view port.

HELMSMAN

One minute until the target is in

weapons range.

EXT. MAIN G.D.F. BASE - DAY

The Base is a fortress, built like a concrete bomb shelter.

It’s surrounded by towering walls and massive metal gates.

KH-M80 MISSILE LAUNCHERS jute out of the top of the walls

and fire dozens of MISSILES at the oncoming Galactic

Cruiser.

INT. GALACTIC CRUISER - BRIDGE

The bridge rocks violently. Continuous explosions light up

outside the view port.

HELMSMAN

We’re getting pounded!

KEP

Stay on target!

EXT. MAIN G.D.F. BASE - DAY

Keps ship does a nose dive towards the base.

Three Black Objects drop out of the ships bottom.

BOOM!

A nuclear explosion instantly vaporizes the G.D.F. Base.

The cruiser accelerates away from the expanding mushroom

cloud.

EXT. PRYDWEN - EXECUTIVE PALACE - DAY

The Prydwen is surrounded by G.D.F. fighters. They launch a

non stop barrage of plasma fire at the ship.


Sparks fly out of the console as the prydwen takes a

beating.

RAWL

On my mark.

Mish tenses up on the joy stick.

EXT. PRYDWEN - EXECUTIVE PALACE

Prydwen is almost on top of the Executive Palace.

An intense beat. Rawl yells -

RAWL

Fire!

EXT. EXECUTIVE PALACE

The force field is slammed by an Anti-Matter ray.

Huge explosions flash as the force field collapses.


The Loyal Officers give each other a triumphint look. Over

the communications device Kep is heard.

KEP

Rawl, we’ve taken out the G.D.F.

base and we’re on our way!

RAWL

Got it Captain!(To Mish, Min,

Ap)Let’s rock!


The Prydwen lands hard outside the Executive Palace just as

Keps behemoth Galactic cruiser does the same.

Ninth Army Troopers pour out of Keps ship like a flood.

They’re met by rapid fire from G.D.F. troops hunkered down

around the parameter. Both sides are momentarily locked in

ferocious combat.

The Loyal Officers join the fight. Rawl maintains a barrage

of fire as soldiers on his left and right are lacerated.

The last of the G.D.F. soldiers are killed under a fierce

rain of Plasma.


G.D.F. Troops scurry around in chaos. Confusion, chaos

encompasses the Palace.

Chu, Zel ,Sty and the Galactic Bankers stare out the window

at the battle outside.

Get out of here!

They bolt for Xenu’s office.


Keps troops and the Loyal Officers blast their way to the

Palance entrance.

They smash through and enter with Rawl leading the way.


The few G.D.F. troops inside open fire, but are quickly

blown to bits. The hall is secure.

Rawl turns to Kep.

RAWL

(To Kep)

I’m going after Xenu’s cabinet

members!

KEP

Got it!

MIN

Rawl be careful!

Rawl starts for the staircase that leads to the Palaces

upper levels and Xenu’s office. At first, he doesn’t notice

Mish following closely behind.

He taps Rawl on the shoulder.

MISH

I cant let you have all the fun

buddy.

RAWL

Glad you joined!

MISH

Wouldn’t miss it for the world!

Both men bolt up the stairs.

Rawl and Mish enter the hall way. Its strangely quiet,

unnerving. There should be more G.D.F. Troops ready for

battle, instead, nothing.

They step forward. Cautious. As they continue walking they

step through a laser beam near the bottom of the floor. A

trip!

KABOOM! A bomb goes off sending both Officers flying like

rag dolls down the hall. Shrapnel explodes in all

directions.

Rawl lies in a heap of debris. He stirs, sits up and sees a

group of G.D.F. troops with guns drawn bearing down on him.

He instantly jumps up and quickly kicks the shit out of

them. One by one they fall.

He stands triumphant, but he turns his attention to Mish.

Rawl scans the Hall but doesn’t see any sign of him.

RAWL

Mish! Do you read me?

No reply.

RAWL (CONT.)

Mish!

A sound comes out a distance away. A pile of debris stirs.

Mish slowley stands and dusts himself off. Rawl runs up to

him.

MISH

Wow, that was rough!

RAWL

You okay?

MISH

Of course.

RAWL

Come on.

They both rush down the Hallway. They reach the doors to

Xenu’s office.

RAWL (CONT.)

This is it.

Do it.

They raise their guns and fire. The door is blasted to

cinders. They rush in.


Both men enter the office. Smoke makes it difficult to see

at first, but it quickly clears.

Zel, Chu and Sty sit huddled in a corner, whimpering like

children. They know what’s coming. They look up pleadingly

at the two Loyal Officers.

RAWL

(Angerly)

Where is Xenu?


Rawl and Mish bring Zel, Chu and Sty down the stairs,

handcuffed.

Kep walks up to them.

RAWL

Take these criminals into custody.

KEP

With pleasure.

Four Ninth Army troops take them.

MIN

Where is Xenu?

MISH

He escaped.

RAWL

But Zel told us where he is.

AP

And I guess we’re going to get him?

RAWL

No...I am.

Rawl places his hand on her shoulder. He looks at the others

Kep needs your help. Stay here.

A pensive, sad look comes over Rawls face.

RAWL

Mish, I have to.

Rawl grabs Mishe’s shoulder. He gazes deeply in his eyes but

says nothing.


Rawl prepares to leave Home Planet for Tawn.

He steps up to Kep.

RAWL

You have things under control here?

KEP

Yes, Just bring that murderer back.

Rawl turns to Lady Min. He kisses her gently and they

embrace.

RAWL (CONT.)

I love you.

MIN

Come back to me please.

RAWL

I will.

Rawl board’s Prydwen. Min, Mish and Ap watch as the ship

blasts off.

EXT. PLANET TAWN - ORBIT

The ship approaches Tawn. It enters the upper atmosphere.

EXT. TAWN - MOUNT XENU

Prydwen flies towards Mount Xenu.


Rawl sees the G.D.F. Base at the foot of the Mountain.

The display on the console reads: TARGET LOCKED. Rawl grabs

the JOY STICK and prepares to fire.

EXT. MOUNT XENU - BASE CAMP

The G.D.F. Guards are startled as they see Prydwen

approaching. One of the Guards yells into a communications

device.

G.D.F. SOLDIER

All hands battle stations. We have

incoming!

An alert sounds at the G.D.F. base camp. Troops pour out of

their barracks, ready for combat. But Prydwen is already on

top of them.

The G.D.F. Base is engulfed in flames from a single volly of

Prydwens weapons.


Rawl sees that the base is destroyed and lands the ship.

EXT. MOUNT XENU

Rawl exits Prydwen and makes his way towards the black

Mountain. He sees the entrance and goes in.

INT. MOUNT XENU

Rawl makes his way down the corridor. He hears a NOISE.

BAROOM. From out of the darkness shots rain out. Rawl dodges

and returns fire as he rolls on the ground. He cuts down the

G.D.F. troops.

Rawl gets up and continues until he reaches the torture

chamber door and enters.


As Rawl enters the chamber he cautiously proceeds. He sees

Xenu stir in the shadows.

XENU (O.S.)

Welcome to Mount Xenu Rawl.

Xenu appears to be working a computer console.

RAWL

You’re under arrest Xenu. For mass

murder, Treason, and attempting to

create a police state.

Xenu turns around and steps forward.

XENU

I’m not going anywhere Rawl. And

you’re going to die.

Rawl tenses up and prepares for combat. Xenu points at the

launch device. The display shows a digital clock counting

down from T-MINUS ten minutes.

XENU

See that? I’ve just launched tens

of thousands nuclear missiles. They

will destroy every planet in the

Confederation. If I cant have it,

nobody can. And there’s nothing you

can do to stop it!

Rawl glares at the launch device.

EXT. MOUNT XENU

From behind Mount Xenu tens of thousands of missiles explode

out of the ground and ascend towards the heavens.


Xenu steps out of the shadows. His features become more

pronounce. He’s wearing the R6-33 Body Armor. He stops and

puts on its helmet.

The suits power supply activates.

I’m a God! With the power of life

and death!

Xenu lifts his gun, A black CRYSTAL RIFLE, similar to Rawls.

An explosion of plasma flames out of the barrel.

Rawl back flip’s out of the way as the wall behind him is

obliterated.

He lands on his feet and returns fire with his own weapon.

Xenu jumps up in the air to dodge the plasma fire. He lands

behind some equipment.

XENU

You fool. I told you I’m a God!

Rawl takes aim again.

RAWL

You maniac!

Rawl cuts loose. He misses Xenu but shreds the equipment.

With lighting fast reflexes Xenu fires back as he slides

across the floor.

Plasma fire nail Rawl. Hes flung backwards into the air and

slams into a wall losing his gun in the process.

Xenu moves towards him.

XENU

You piece of shit traitor!

Rawl scrambles to get back on his feet. Dazed.

RAWL

You’re the traitor! You betrayed

the people!

XENU

The people are idiots. They deserve

to be controlled.

RAWL

Liar!

Xenu picks up him by the neck and flings him across the

room. Rawl lands hard.

XENU

Really? I’ve proven it again and

again. Just tell the people you’ll

Rawl gets up and composes himself. Xenu raises his weapon.

You hide behind armed thugs like a

coward!

Xenu gets to close. With lightning fast reflexes Rawl lunges

and grabs the nose of Xenu’s gun. He flings him across the

room. Xenu tumbles hard on the floor.

He sits up, dazed, angry. Then he fires wildly in

desperation.

But his gun stops. He shakes it. Its power supply is

depleted. He tosses the weapon on the floor.

Now the two figures face each other.

RAWL

It’s time to end this.

XENU

Take your best shot Loyal Officer!

They fly at each other. A thunderous collision. Intense

Martial Arts combat follows.

Powerful blows that would kill an average human dead are

leveled against each other again and again.

Then Xenu back hands Rawl. He fly’s through the door and

lands hard against the corridor wall outside the room.

EXT, CAPITAL CITY - DAY

Min, Mish and Ap stand near a make-shift operations base.

Kep is communicating with his troops.

Min turns to Mish.

MIN

Mish. I know Rawl said he wanted us

to stay. But I cant. I have to go

to him...Now!

MISH

But...

Before he can finish Min shakes her head no. Shes going to

Tawn and Mish knows it.

MIN (CONT.)

Okay. We’ll take a Shuttle. (To Ap)

lets go.

AP

(Perplexed)

Where are we going?

Mish takes Ap by the shoulder and they rush towards a

shuttle craft.

INT. MOUNT XENU - CORRIDOR

Xenu and Rawl are locked in combat.

But Rawl gets the upper hand. He drop kicks Xenu. He smashes

into a statue. Its pulverized into dust from the impact.

Rawl calmly walks up to him. As he lies on the floor, Xenu

stealthily grabs a METAL ROD, a broken piece of the statue.

In a flash Xenu thrusts the Rod into Rawls chest. He yells

in pain. He stands still for a moment, then falls to his

knees.

Xenu stands above him and takes off his helmet.

XENU

I told you I wasnt going anywhere

Rawl. And now you die.

Rawl looks up to the ceiling.

FLASHBACK

RAWL sees a vision of Teegeeack destroyed, the capital city

in ruins.

END FLASHBACK

Rawl grabs the rod and pulls himself up. Impaling himself

more and more as he does. He stands face to face with a

stunned Xenu.

With his hand Rawl launches a massive electrical bolt. It

sends Xenu hurdling through the air. He crashes into a wall.

A massive electronic explosion engulfs his body. His armor

deactivates. Xenu falls out and lands on the ground in a

Heep.

Rawl gazes at the now incapacitated murderer. He stumbles

back, repulsed.

Rawl pulls out the rod. He stumbles towards the missile

launch device. The display shows he has less than a minute

before the missiles reach the planets.

Rawl furiously works the console. Then the display reads:

ABORT. Rawl pushes a button.

EXT. SPACE

Hundreds of missles self destruct in weird airless

explosions.


Rawl looks at the display as it flashes: MISSLES DISABLED.

FLASHBACK

Rawl sees Teegeeack, now beautiful and alive again.

END FLASHBACK

He falls backwards and colapses.

EXT. MOUNT XENU

The shuttle lands. Mish, Min, Ap and several soldiers rush

out of the ship towards the Mountain entrance.


Mish, Min, Ap and the soldiers see Rawl on the floor. The

soldiers see the still unconscious Xenu. They bind him with

ELECTRIC HAND CUFFS.

Min kneels over Rawl. His Helmet deactivates. Despite his

grave injury, he still manages a smile.

RAWL

(Almost whispering)

I thought I told you not to follow

me.

(CONTINUED)

Min manages a tearful smile.

MIN

You should know by now you cant

tell me what to do.

RAWL

Xenu?

MISH

He’s in custody now.

Rawl weakly nods yes.

RAWL

I had to finish this. Its my fault

this happened.

Rawl gasps in pain. He’s near death.

MIN

You cant die on me. you promised.

RAWL

Death cant keep us apart. Somehow,

I will return to you.

Mish leans over Rawl, tears streaming down his eyes.

RAWL

Mish. I place you in command of the

Confederation in my absence. Free

our people. And make Teegeeack live

again.

MISH

I’ll do what you ask. I swear it.

Rawl smiles then slumps his head back and takes his last

breath.

Min breaks out into a gush of tears as she holds her lover.

Mish and Ap look sadly on.

EXT. EXECUTIVE PALACE - CONTINUOUS

Pradwen lands in front of the Palace. The hatch opens

and Mish, with a bound Xenu clutched in his grip, exit. Ap

and Min follow close behind.

A silent crowd gazes at Xenu as he walks down the platform.

Hateful eyes stab at him.

Mish hands Xenu over to the Ninth Army soldiers.

MISH

Charge him with Treason and

Genocide.

The soldiers grab Xenu roughly and whisk him away. He looks

back at the Loyal Officers with a sneer on his face.

Kep steps up to Mish.

Where is Commander Rawl?

Mish somberly shakes his head.

MISH

He saved us. But he didn’t make it.

Kep sadly lowers his head.

KEP

He’s a true hero. He must never be

forgotten.

MISH

It’s time to rebuild the

Confederation Kep. I’ll need your

help.

KEP

You have it my friend.

Min and Ap approach Mish. He smiles.

AP

Now what?

MISH

I’m going to make a Confederate

wide broadcast to the people. A

declaration of Liberty.


Camera bots start recording. Mish stands behind a podium.

The technician points to Mish. He’s on.

(Looking at Camera)

EXT. HOME PLANET - CITY STREET - CONTINUOUS

Mish’s image broadcasts on the giant view screens. People

gather to watch.

MISH (CONT.)

We foolishly allowed the Executive

Branch of the government to take

away our freedom and in the process

the very principles this

Confederation was founded upon

became trampled...the most

important being the principle of

individual liberty.

EXT. PLANET PROCYON - CAPITAL CITY - DAY

The same image is being broadcasted on the view screens of

the Procyon capital city.

MISH (CONT.)

We traded our freedoms for a false

sense of security and allowed mad

men to take control of our lives.

Because of this, many of our people

died and my home planet of

Teegeeack was destroyed.

A sad expression comes over his face.


Mish continues the speech.

MISH (CONT.)

But this is a new day. Xenu and his

criminal conspirators have been

defeated by Commander Rawl and they

will soon be judged for their

crimes. I promise you with my life

that we will rebuild our worlds

(beat) and live free again. Thank

you.

The crowd gathered in the Hall begin to clap. Peoples faces,

once grime, now smile.

INT. GALACTIC SUPREME COURT ROOM - CONTINUOUS

A BLACK ROBED JUDGE sits behind the Bench. Xenu, Chi, Chu,

Sty and Zel stand before him, shackled.

Mish and the remaining Loyal Officers watch.

The Judge clears his throat. He holds a piece of paper in

his hands. He reads.

JUDGE

Xenu, former Supreme ruler of the

Galactic Confederation. Chi, former

head of the Galactic Defense Force.

Zel, former head of the Teegeeack

Branch of the Galactic Defense

force. Chu, former head of the

Galactic Bank and Sty, Former head

of the Galactic Psychiatric Order

are hereby sentenced to life in

prison without the possibility of

parole. Such is the fate of

tyrants.

The Judge hammers a final blow from his gavel.

A collective gasp in the court room. The audience look

puzzled. Xenu actually manages a smirk. This is a rather

lite sentence for the magnitude of his crimes.

But a wry grin comes over Mish’s lips.


Mish paces back and forth in front of five stasis

tubes. Camera bots record the proceedings.

Strapped inside the tubes, Xenu and his co-conspirators,

stand bound and gagged. Mish peers at them.

MISH

Chi told Rawl about this place

Xenu. He said these devices puts

one into suspended animation

forever.

Several Ninth Army soldiers set up Tele Screens in front of

the prisoners. They turn them on. On the screen the video of

Teegeeack being destroyed is displayed on a continuous play

loop.

MISH(CONT.)

You men have been sentenced to life

in prison without the possibility

of parole. And so it will be. You

will spend the rest of your lives

here. In this prison.

The men start to struggle with their binds. They mumble

pleadingly. Mish pays no attention as he walks to the

device’s lever.

He looks back at Xenu. Terror shows in his eyes. Mish

pauses, then pulls the lever. An energy wave flows over the

prisoners, putting them in suspended animation.

MISH (CONT.)

(Coldly)

I hope you enjoy the view.

Mish motions for everyone to leave. The room goes dark. He

walks out of the chamber. The door slowly closes behind him.

He motions to a soldier.

MISH

Seal the mountain. And this planet

has a permanent quarantine.

SOLDIER

Yes sir!

Mish cooly walks away.

EXT. SPACE - TEEGEEACK

We see the once blue/green planet in a rage. Its atmosphere

a hellish red swirle of clouds.

EXT. TEEGEEACK - MOUNTAIN - DAY

A large group stands at the foot of a MOUNTAIN. A cave has

been carved out of its side.

The procession, lead my Mish, Min, Ap and Kep walk into the

cave entrance. Pallbearers carry Rawls crystal casket.

INT. CAVE

Deep inside the cave we see a magnificently decorated

interior. Murals depicting Rawls defeat of Xenu and his many

other heroic acts.

Also parked in the cave is Rawls ship, the Prydwen.

The mourners silently circle Rawls casket. Three lights

illuminate it, giving it a beautiful glow in the gloom.

EXT. TEEGEEACK - MOUNTAIN - DAY

The last of the mourners exit the cave.

Technicians seal the entrance. The Mountain looks as if its

never been disturbed.

EXT. POST APOCALYPTIC TEEGEEACK - DAY

The burned out radioactive landscape stretches as far as the

eye can see.

The Loyal Officers, fully Armored, stand next to a mountain

sized machine. A PLANETARY TERRA-FORMING MACHINE.

Several mechanical devices detach from the main structure.

They crawl away in different directions.

MIN

It’ll take millions of years just

to make Teegeeack habitable again.

MISH

Yes. But the entire planet will be

Terra formed by this device.

Healed. And when the time is right,

it’s programed to sow the DNA for a

future human race.

A holographic image of human DNA projects from the machine.

Mish turns the image off.

MIN

A new beginning?

MISH

That’s what Rawl wanted.

Mish nods in agreement.

MISH

So do I.

The Loyal Officers watch as the terra forming devices move

over the horizon.

FADE OUT:

Over a black screen, block letters appear that read:

EXT. SOUTH DAKOTA - WILDERNESS - DUSK

We fly over the the wind whipped area of South Dakota

badlands. On the horizon we see an archeological site.

SUPERIMPOSE: SOUTH DAKOTA BADLANDS

PRESENT DAY

EXT. SOUTH DAKOTA - ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE - DUSK

Dozens of people dig in a huge pit. Heavy machinery moves

back and forth.

It appears something is being unearthed. Whatever is is, its

just out of our field of vision.

Three ARCHEOLOGISTS stand on a platform and gaze into the

pit.

ARCHEOLOGIST #1

This is it! The Holy Grail of

Biology! The greatest discovery in

history.

ARCHEOLOGIST #2

How old is it?

ARCHEOLOGIST #1

Carbon dating puts it at around

seventy five million years. Give or

take a few million years.

Do we have any idea what it is?

The archeologists shakes his head.

ARCHEOLOGIST #1

From its internal structure, it

could be some sort of Terra Forming

device. But we’re not exactly sure

yet.

ARCHEOLOGIST #3

Is it Extra-Terrestrial?

ARCHEOLOGIST #1

Possibly. (beat) If it is, it

changes everything.

They look back down. We slowly follow the scene downwards.

Sitting inside the pit is the Terra Forming Device Mish, Min

and Ap stood before, eons ago.
