(a) Topic: “A donation of $1,000.00 US dollars to Rotary Inter-national over a ten year period earns you a Paul Harris Fel-low, should monetary donations of $..... to your Rotary Club for each meeting not attended be rewarded as a makeup for attendance.”
(b) Membership recruitment and retention. The members will be divided into two groups. At the start of the discussion a spokesperson shall be appointed to inform the Forum of the recommendations of their group after their deliberation.
12:30 p.m. ADJOURNMEMT. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RELLOWSHIP MEETING OF JANUARY 28, 2016 Last Thursday was a Fellowship Meeting. District Conference Chair, PP Sonya Alleyne gave an update on the April Conference. There were updates on MUN which is scheduled to commence on January 30. Past Director Trevor Whitehall gave a status report on Community Chal-lenge # 10—April. President Jedder commended the effort by Community Service Deputy Director Commander Willie and Past Community Service Director Shawn Franklin in coordinating and executing the Annual Picnic and Fun Day with the Children of the Child Care Board. Mr. Gilbert Rowe the owner of Sandlewood Estates was also commended for his contribution. There was also the confirmation of a donation of $250.00 by the Fami-ly of Jack Robinson in Memory of former Rotarian Dr. St. Elmo who was buried on January 13, 2016 The letter was written by the daughter of Jack Robinson , who had died in 2012; Mary Robinson-Ramsay. Jack & St. Elmo had studied together at McGill University in Canada
There was a twinge of sadness as Past President Stanley (1995-96) bade farewell to the Club as he will be taking his family to experience a new way of life in Asia. We wish them every blessing on this journey.

The Rotaract Clubs of Barbados will be having a week of actives and we are asking that all Rotarians continue to support us. Please find below the date and times for these activi-ties. As soon as the everything is finalized we will send you the poster to share with you re-spective clubs. Please note, even though the week actually stares on March 7 we will be having our beach clean-up on the March 6, 2016 - Should you have any queries please contact the author at 231-1163. The first general meeting of the Rotaract Club of UWI for this semester will be held on Satur-day, January 30th in LR 4 of the Roy Marshall Teaching Complex. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1 pm.
Rotarians are invited to attend and hear the club's board share their plans for this semes-ter. This semester promises to be an exciting one as they will be celebrating World Rotaract Week from March 7th to March 13th followed by Rotaract week on cam-pus from March 13th to March 19th. They are also also planning other activities and outreach programmes throughout the semester which will end in early May.
The UWI Rotaract club held its first meeting for the semester. It was well attended with over 25 in attendance. Director Neal and Rotarian Donna Pierre attended as well. The Board members each gave a comprehensive report on their plans for the semester including monthly visits to the Nightengale Home, visits to the Gentle Folks Nursing Home, a beach clean up, painting of a mural, a leadership seminar and a fund raising cruise among other things. Director Neal also advised the club that some volunteers will be needed to assist at the up-coming district conference.

THE ROTARACT CLUB OF BARBADOS
On Saturday January 23rd, the new Rota-ract Club of Barbados hosted its very first guest speaker, President-Elect Lisa. PE Lisa spoke on the topic Fundraising for Service Projects. Those in attendance were impressed with her take on the subject and she gave the Rotaractors a lot to think on when considering fundraising. She high-lighted many possibilities and the Rotarac-tors look forward to working with PE Lisa in the future.
LAUNCH ANTI-CYBERBULLYING CAMPAIGN The Anti-Cyberbullying Campaign will be launched on February 11 during a Rotary lunch meeting. This campaign is about spreading a message and educating the popu-lation through the media. The Campaign has attracted corporate sponsorship
CLUB CHALLENGE President Jedder announced the Challenge to provide 1,000 lbs of Ground Provisions for the Salvation Army Feeding Programme. This to be facilitated in the month of February .
