Abstract:In early stages the announcement is done by wired technologies and now it is replaced by Wi-
Fi, Zigbee, GSM etc., In this paper RF is used to transmit data in order to increase the distance of
transmission. Generally RF is used for audio transmission with wired receiver ends; we overcome the
wired receiver end by wireless and included serial textual data transfer. The major concept of this
project is that it is secured wireless communication. Transmitter encodes the message before sending it
which couldn’t decode easily by any receiver. But the receiver side of the audio signal transmission is
uncontrollable. This disadvantage is overcome by implementing a controller in the receiver side of audio
signal. The replacement of GSM and Other mobile services is overcome by RF which is used for
transmission of the data without any tariff.
I. INTRODUCTION
Wireless communications is one of the most active areas of technology development of our time. This
development is being driven primarily by the transformation of what has been largely a medium for
supporting voice telephony into a medium for supporting other services, such as the transmission of
video, images, text, and data. Thus, similar to the developments in wire line capacity in the 1990s, the
demand for new wireless capacity is growing at a very rapid pace. Although there are, of course, still a
great many technical problems to be solved in wire line communications, demands for additional wire
line capacity can be fulfilled largely with the addition of new private infrastructure, such as additional
optical fiber, routers, switches, and so on. On the other hand, the traditional resources that have been
used to add capacity to wireless systems are radio bandwidth and transmitter data.
The cost factor is most important for developing countries. The infrastructure cost of wired link for
every individual who wants the network will be much higher compared to the Antenna cost of wireless
link. The flexibility and mobility are the additional features which are important too. When considering
the growth rate of the developing countries, the wireless communication provides lots of room for the
expansion with much less effort. And it is very easy to provide the connectivity to the under developed
villages where there are not much infrastructure for any means of communication. Hence, wireless is
much needed for developing countries.
The major objective of this project is that it is secured wireless communication. Transmitter encodes the
message before sending it which couldn’t decode easily by any receiver. This project can be used for the
purpose of messaging without bill. The replacement of GSM and Other mobile services is overcome by

transmission. Generally RF is used for audio transmission with wired receiver ends; we overcome the
wired receiver ends by wireless and included serial TEXTUAL data transfer.
II. SYSTEM ANALYSIS
2.1 EXISTING SYSTEM:
In the existing system the audio system has controller and multiple receiver ends, but in the receiver side
the medium between the single receiver circuit and the multiple speaker is wired. Their range is restricted,
directivity and issues regarding bandwidth. The device discussed in the report will be able to send the data over a
range of 10 meters and a bandwidth of 100 Kbp. The micro-controller is used to configure the Transmitter and
Receiver chips and also for signal processing. The circuit is tested to send analog data at above mentioned rate.
The product is cost effective and the price can be reduced a lot in case of mass production. The main
disadvantages are only audio can be received by multiple receiver and text’s cannot be received my multiple
receiver in which the range is 10 meters. Less secure and cannot be employed in many industries
2.2 PROPOSED SYSTEM:
Secured wireless communication plays an important role for military, office, industry. Multiuse Text Messaging
and audio by RF project is specially made for wireless communication. It doesn’t need any networking service.
There is Transmitter circuit with a keyboard and a LCD and a microphone, so that user can type his/her message
and send it to desired receiver. The receiver gets buzzing when it receives the message from transmitter. The user
can read the message on LCD by pushing read button and also listen to the audio signal transmitted. As many
times we need to communicate within a campus or a small area. So, this project can use for this purpose without
paying messaging bill. The major point of this project is that it is secured wireless communication. Transmitter
encodes the message before sending it which couldn’t decode easily by any receiver. The advantages are Secured
wireless Audio and text transmission, Increase in range Audio (500-750mts) and text (100-150mts) ,Reduction in
complexity and cost , Multiple receiver ends for both text and audio signals ,text can be send in absence of GSM
hence messaging bill and network coverage problem is completely removed.
III. HARDWARE DESIGN:
3.1 Transmitter Unit:
The keyboard is connected to the USB port through which the signal is transmitted is shown in fig.1. The signal
enters the microcontroller, the supply to the circuit is given by the transformer and this is rectified by the bridge
rectifier circuit. The voltage is fed to voltage regulator and the desired supply is given to the microcontroller and
the LCD display. The entered data is analyzed by the LCD display and it is transmitted using antenna.

3.2 Receiver Unit:
The sent signal is trapped by the antenna at the desired frequency. Then the signal is sent to the microcontroller
and also to the buzzer to create an alert to intimate the signal is received which is shown in fig.2. The supply to
the circuit is given by the transformer and this is rectified by the bridge rectifier circuit. The voltage is fed to
voltage regulator and the desired supply is given to the microcontroller and the LCD. The received message is
displayed in the LCD.

3.3 On/Off Controller:
3.3.1 RF transmitter:
RF(Radio Frequency) is a High Frequency signal commonly used for communication applications, due to its high
frequency we can transmit signal to a sufficient distance (about 300 Foots) without attenuation.RF switching
circuit is used to turn ON and turn OFF an LED (For Demonstration) we can replace the LED with a switching
RELAY and control any appliances.

Transmitter enable, this determines the condition of Transmitter. This should be always closed to transmit the
signals. Switch S2, it is used as the control Switch to turn ON and turn OFF the LED.

5.8.2 RF RECEIVER
RF Receiver helps to collect the transmitted signals from RF TRANSMITTER through the antenna and give it to
decoder input. HT 12D It is the Decoder IC in the RECEIVER circuit, which will decode the information
transmitted from RF transmitter. It is just reverse operation of the Encoder. Flip-flop IC 4017. It is a Flip Flop Ic,
which will turn on for the first signal and turn off for the second. The working is same as that of a BI-Stable
Multi-vibrator.

V. CONCLUSION & FUTURE ADVANCEMENTS:
The improvement of wireless data transmission is achieved by reduction of noise with the help of one
channel on off controller and secure data transmission. The distance is increased from 10 meters to 100 meters.
The major point of this project is that it is secured wireless communication i.e. transmitter encodes the message
before sending it which couldn’t decode easily by any receiver.
The strength of the signal gets reduced in case of several numbers of receivers, so the sending signal
strength can be increased. The distance of RF in audio signal transmission can also be increased to several kms.
On further improvement in this project, images can also be sent over RF for some extent.
