NSTALLATION STEPSse the following steps to install the various JCM components into a Royal 04 Vending Machine:

1. Remove the existing Bill Validator using the 11/32” Nut Driver (See Figure 2).

2. Remove the existing Bill Validator Faceplate (See Figure 3).

3. Install the Optipay™ RC onto the Optipay™ BV (See Figure 4).4. Interconnect the Bill Validator’s

Communications Harness to the RC-10 (See Figure 5).

14. Remove the existing Bill Validator from the Vending Machine.15. Prior to installing the new Optipay™ Bill Validator, cut off the #8-32 post located

in front of the old validator using the Power Cutting Tool (See Figure 10).

16. Install the combined Optipay™ BV/RC unit and the new BV Faceplate into the Vending Machine using the original equipment’s #8-32 Hex Nuts (See Figure 11).

17. Disconnect the MDB communication harness and remove the original Coin Changer (See Figure 12).

18. Install the Optipay™ CC into the machine where the previous Coin Changer existed (See Figure 13a).

19. Route both harnesses through the door panel opening (See Figure 13b).
