Trends 2020

Drei digitale Mega-Trends, die unsere Gesellschaft und unsere Wirtschaft in Zukunft tiefgreifend

verändern werden:

1. Die ganze Welt wird zum Computer, der Kunden und Mitarbeiter mit Benutzererfahrungen

umgibt. Von Wearables über Smart Cars, Smart Home, Smart Shops bis hin zu Smart Fabrics -

Digital ist eine Partnerschaft mit der physischen Welt und wir dringen in diese ein.

2. Die Kognitive Intelligenz (AI)übernimmt die Kontrolle über die Maschinen, wobei die KI rapide

zunimmt, um den Wert aus den exponentiell wachsenden Datenströmen zu managen und zu

schöpfen. Dies wird die Fähigkeiten von Mitarbeitern und Geschäftsleuten drastisch verbessern.

3. Die Infrastruktur wird zu einer Ware, da sie leicht geteilt oder ausgelagert werden kann,

jederzeit, überall und als "as-a-service", zentralisiert oder Peer-to-Peer. Ganz gleich, in

welcher Branche, von Daten über Anwendungen bis hin zu Diensten, alles geht in die Cloud.

…. Und was sagt im Sektor öffentlicher Dienst der Personalrat dazu ? !!!

….. „ das gibt es bei uns nicht die Überwachung ….das halten wir auf ….“
