Administrators use learning analytics to understand student behaviors that lead to

success, or to identify at-risk students (based on analysis of student activity). In this

way, institutions are able to have a clear view of student behaviors and interactions

(data derived from the learning management system and the learning record store)

that determine success or failure.

monitor and assist in advising them.

Unicon offers services and support

Success Plan (SSP). SSP is free and open

source software that enables counselors to

guide students to improve their academic

skills and their ability to successfully navi-
