Coaching is an unregulated industry, this means anyone can claim to be a coach. The term coaching

is widely misunderstood, often confused with mentoring.

In a saturated market its hard to know how to select the right coach for you. At Sparkle we only

work with certified coaches, who have obtained mastery (as defined by the International Coaching

Federation). Mastery is only obtained through a blend of caching hours, coach training and

supervision which ultimately leads to certification.

We help our clients become successful, simple as that!

Executive Coaching

Work with a Certified coach on a 121 basis (either face to face or via Skype) in blocks of 3

months. You bring the agenda, we help you create clarity and take accountable action. We

work with business owners and business leaders.

DISC® Consultation and Coaching

We are licenced DISC® providers, complete the online profile and spend 2 hours with a

Balance In Business – High Street Edition(Group)

Our Business Builder program is a 6 month group based program which combines business

development and marketing training with individual coaching to help you grow and develop a

thriving and profitable retail business that sparkles on the high street.

Supervision
