What is the HealthQuotient?HealthQuotient (HQ) is a comprehensive Health Risk Assessment (HRA) tool that provides you with an in-depth, holistic health analysis. HealthQuotient (HQ) begins with an assessment to identify 12 specific health risks and up to 11 chronic health conditions. It prioritizes their importance to your health, and determines your HQ score. Your HQ score, health risk levels, and the likelihood of developing health conditions are calculated based on your responses to questions about your:

Health Coaching Program

What is Health and Wellness Coaching?Health coaching is a free and confidential opportunity for you to discuss your health goals and establish a plan of action for reaching them. Our health coaches include people with degrees in health education, nutrition, exercise physiology, mental health counseling, and diabetes management. Our health coaches are certified health education specialists or have similar certification in their specialty area.

Biometric Screenings


Biometric Screenings

The biometric screenings are confidential and are available to all Reta members and spouses covered under a Reta Medical Plan. As a bonus, attending a biometric screening earns members $50 towards their Engage in Your Health reward!

How will I receive my biometric screening results?Lab results will appear in your WebMD Personal Health Record two to three weeks after your screening.
