Marketing Manager AAA Oklahoma/AAA South Dakota, Tulsa, OK 2007 – 2016 Planned and implemented the strategic plan and budget for all aspects of branding, messaging and marketing of Membership, Insurance, Travel and Financial Services. Managed an annual marketing budget of over $5 million, executed through negotiating TV, print,

radio, digital, mobile, text, e-business, social media, and direct mail marketing campaigns. Planned, coordinated and implemented events of all sizes, including trade show booths, store

Planned and implemented new product launches, including new line of auto and home insurance products, through marketing efforts that led to 24-26% increase in policies in force for AAA insurance for 3 years in a row through 2014, and an 11% increase in 2015.

Sole manager of AAA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that our sales team utilized for lead generation and targeted marketing efforts. AAA’s CRM utilizes core customer data as well integrating LexusNexus and Experian data for market analysis and strategic planning to define customer needs and competitive differentiation.

Launched social media program for Oklahoma/South Dakota AAA clubs as well as 9 other clubs from start-up effort in 2012 to nearly 40K combined Facebook followers by 2016.

Marketing Director Akin’s Natural Foods/Chamberlin’s Natural Foods, Tulsa, OK 2004 – 2007Planned and implemented all marketing strategy, media buying, graphic design, and promotional events for 13 stores in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Florida, with an annual marketing budget of over $1.2M. Negotiated all media buying, including the first TV campaign in company history in Lincoln,

Nebraska; bought extensive radio and print advertising in all seven markets, in addition to TV. Authored the messaging and creative strategy for the brands, both established in 1935. Orchestrated all in-store events in all 13 stores (across five states), as well as events surrounding

healthy living (marathons, trade shows, etc) in seven markets. Implemented new themed merchandising and signage for all in-store marketing campaigns in 2005;

Established new in-store monthly sale events with sampling and signage; created research/media related specialty campaigns (for example, using Dr. Oz or Oprah endorsements); also revitalized in-store sales and training programs and marketing materials.

Executed all aspects of publication of nearly one million 8-page monthly inserts, 25,000 copies of a 24-page monthly magazine, as well as several in-store publications and sales pieces; including copy writing, research, proofing, editing, and creative design for all publications.
