: In this project, we needed to redesign Merlin with merlin Manager functionalities from the scratch. Redesign of business layer and User Interface.A new application is created to support Apple employees, especially managers and the HR Reps who support them, with an updated infrastructure and UI for employee-related activities, workflow and reporting from a technology perspective.
The application needs a way to enable change to an employee’s (or employees’) department, manager(s), Human Resources representative, work location, direct/indirect status, shift, overtime compensation eligibility and international assignment.

: Talent is an interactive application that offers users to identify and plan the future prospects and growth of employees. It helps the managers to plan the development, succession and retention of employees.Event Management is one of the modules in Talent, which enables the HR personnel to create events and conduct live sessions for evaluating the employees. HR events, can be created for required organizations and employees can be selected to be part of these events. This module, provides an interactive mechanism to configure the events with required details, employee list and planners for the employees. Live sessions can be created in which the planners of the employees discuss and freeze the talent evaluation and indicators. Once the desired goal of the event is achieved, the HR employees can commit the details of the event. The committed talent indicators will appear in the employee profile.

Description of the Project
: As part of this project following enhancements were done in Merlin:Retail Loader Tool was enhanced to incorporate 3 new fields for creating Retail reviews in Merlin.Retail Loader toll was enhanced to automatically pull the file from review rating tool machine instead of manually placing it.Performance Review Form was enhanced to change the subtitle of Second Level manager Comments.Performance Review Form was enhanced to add the ability to perform basic formatting (bold and bullet) within the text box under second level manager comment slice.Review Status Report and Compensation was enhanced to add four new rating fields and making review status consistent.

: As part of this project following enhancements were done in Merlin:The ‘Admin Delegation’ functionality was enhanced to allow the Admins to delegate the forms that are pending with the Terminated Managers to the Active Managers.Manager’s Official Email Address was added to the 'New Hires' report under 'New Hire' section in Administrative Reports.The leave begins date and end date were added to few email notifications.The display issue related to multiple leave intervals in single requests was addressed.The field ‘Retail Job’ in the current Job Master TM was added to the Job TM.
