students and faculty. Diagnose hardware related issues and create a detailed

workorder entailing all symptoms that led to my diagnostic.

Recognize problems that seem to be reoccurring for many students and faculty and bring it to the manager’s attention.

Install requested programs onto authorized users’ computers.

Answer phone calls and assist the caller in resolving the problem at hand.

Ensure pallets are prepared and ready for shipment promptly.
