Project Description:

Ethernet Voice Processor (EVP) software runs on certified off-the-shelf hardware to optimize and measure voice quality phone calls in real-time, in both directions, in 2G/3G/4G networks. EVP’s Voice Quality Assurance algorithms can be deployed by mobile carriers as well as by IP-based wireline and

conference providers, to solve churn and customer satisfaction problems that result from substandard voice quality.

The EVP software processes the media that is routed to it by placing the EVP in-line with the media

stream. Non-RTP packets, such as SIP, SDP, and other Ethernet traffic types, are bypassed unmodified at the ingress and egress of the EVP without incurring measurable delay
