Responsibilities: Responsible for PMO Activity:

Contract management & SLA tracking: Tracking SLA for the complete business units on monthly and quarterly basis. Also managing contracts, like creating and making changes in as per requirements for whole IBU

Billing and Invoicing - Generate invoice for the work completed on the IBU’s projects and send it to sales team for billing after getting it reviewed in the system
