PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Scheduled appointments for customer service representatives and printed all necessary paper work and forms for scheduled meeting.

Coordinated receptionist schedules to insure that coverage was available in their absence. Answered phones, processed payments, and updated costumer profiles. Performed basic office duties, such as filing, faxing, copying and more.

Was able to come up with a rotation system that would better help the receptionist cover the lobby in order to keep customers satisfied.

Volunteered for different events such as the Deer Park Independent Bike Run, Adopt a Family and deliver goods to the less fortunate.
