revealed lack of clear structure of the organizational hierarchy hampering the effectiveness in

communication at certain levels. Recommended a hybrid Model of hierarchy consisting of vertical and

matrix model, which will help to compete in the market much more effectively.

Organization: JohnCrane India.Pvt. Ltd Duration: 30 Days

Title: Problems in effective synchronization of functional departments.

Description

The firm was tradition bound and managed the flow of information on paper, manually pushing it from

table to table, causing excessive duplication and wastage of efforts. The manufacturing concern also

needed a system in place to manage the inventory effectively. Recommended the unit to synchronize

operations using ERP systems consolidating accounting, inventory, and payroll modules.
