Description

The firm was tradition bound and managed the flow of information on paper, manually pushing it from

table to table, causing excessive duplication and wastage of efforts. The manufacturing concern also

needed a system in place to manage the inventory effectively. Recommended the unit to synchronize

operations using ERP systems consolidating accounting, inventory, and payroll modules.
