M/s Witmans Enginnering Pvt. Ltd. is a company which is dealing in the supply of air compressor spares with its all accessories and also conducting the work of AMC , Trouble shooting & complete overhauling / servicing of air compressors. Also dealing with fabrications of different type of coolers, heat exchangers, air receiver tanks & moisture separators required in all types of industries. Heat Exchangers are like Shell & Tube type heat exchangers , fin type , wire wounded type, different type of oil coolers, intercoolers & after coolers of air compressors, two pass, four pass , parallel flow , counter flow etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparations of Introduction Letters & correspondence of Product Literature / Pamphlet to potential Industrial Customers.

- Visiting to plants & Purchase / Materials / Procurement Dept. and creations of Purchase Enquiry / Tender Enquiry generations.

- Preparations of Quotations / Tender Submissions / Service Proposals with covering all inclusive Techno- Commercial Terms & Conditions in the benefit of present organizations.

Taking appointments & meeting with the clients and its all authorities from different levels and various Depts. Dealing with the different types of Depts. like Maint. Dept., Engg. Dept., Utility Dept., Purchase / Materials Dept., Contracts Dept., Tender Dept., Drawing Dept. etc.

- Conducting meetings on all Techno-Commercial issues and finalizations of Purchase Orders & Work Orders.

- Preparations of Scope of Jobs with all necessary Terms & Conditions with respect to AMC , complete Overhauling / Servicing and Troubleshooting of air compressors.

- Taking all dimensions at site & preparations of Engg. Drawings of Heat Exchnagers / Coolers with content of MOC & Bill of Materials.

- Continuous follow ups with all prospective customers in all stages of interactions.

- Doing follow ups for Payments, C Forms, TDS Certificates, Security Deposits, Earnest Money Deposits, Performance Certificates etc.

- Visit for supply materials clearance, Inspections, Quality Checks etc. and interactions for the same with all customers.

- Deputations & line up of Service Staff to client’s site and do all the necessary formalities. Interactions with clients Maint. Dept. / Engg. Dept. and streamline the Work Orders. Close interactions & dealing with all service staff with clients for successful completions of work orders within time limit.

- Reply to customers for any issues through e-mail, letters and Personal Visits at client’s site.
