I have lived in Moorhead, MN, since 1995. I have worked as a professional artist and advocate in the Fargo/Moorhead community for over 20 years. Some of my experiences include; educator, fine artist, non-profit founder and coordinator, social media marketer, curator, blogger, and general geek sometimes moonlighting as a freelance web and graphic designer. Also, in 2013, I returned to college, attending MSUM as a full-time student where I am pursuing 2 degrees; Art Education and Ceramics. My interests are mixed media, Scherenscnitte (art of paper cutting), ceramics, and printmaking. Some of my experiences include; teaching art courses for Governor's School at NDSU, multiple showings at the Plains Art Museum, curating 'Beyond the Veil' at the Spirit Room and working in collaboration with the PEARS studio at NDSU. STEAM Programming/Curriculum Creator, and Marketing Director for Inspire Innovation Lab; Moorhead, MN March 2014 - August 2016

I had a wonderful opportunity to help build this non-profit

reach out to the community. The Inspire Lab helps make

learning fun and creative! Teaching science, technology,

engineering, art and math. My role was to help build the

non-profit from the ground up, working on everything from

logo design, to curriculum creation.

Founder of the 1for1 Project; Moorhead, MN April 2013 - Present

A personal project I created to give back to local non-profits

who have graphic and marketing needs yet are unable to

afford it. Every paid project helps benefit a non-profit that

can not afford; website design, logo design, social media

marketing or other multimedia needs.

*A Little About me:

I am a passionate hardworking woman with a big heart. My

family is my first priority, being a good example to my children

motivates me to be good, do good and work hard. When I am

not working, I spend time with my friends and family. I love

making art and crafts, cooking, gardening, visiting the lakes,

and traveling.
