significant reductions had never been achieved. Annual return of obsolete stock to suppliers of $300,000 (Not previously achieved) Signed new Supplier Purchasing Agreements (SPA) with the top 15 suppliers in one year, never
achieved before. Introduced a Supplier Newsletter to create a closer working relationship with our partners.
