OBJECTIVE:

Adopt project management tools and techniques like project
planning & scheduling using project management tolls like
Primavera 3.1, 5.0 & 6.8 and MS Project 2010 Professional.
Provide leadership and guidance to Planning team and project
management for the Project planning activates, concerning
schedules and PMS, management of float, mitigation of critical
issues, schedule logic, change management, risk management,
stakeholder interface and project drivers.
Overall planning and monitoring of resource, cost, material and
machinery for various construction projects using project planning
tool.
Prepare periodical operations integrated plans and schedules for

through computerized maintenance and management system
according to the resources available and equipment available
based on criticality and priority.
Resources requirement evaluation such as manpower, machinery,
spares, and materials and ensuring their optimum utilization.

meet unforeseen conditions.
Generating reports for Progress Monitoring to Department Head.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare MEP Baseline program, which includes entire work schedule and budget with respect
to main works program.
Preparation of monthly Man power histogram with respect to budget and duration of Project.
Prepare Shop drawing and Material Submittal log which includes submission date, revision
date and approval status.
Prepare Long Lead Material delivery schedule which include material submittal, approval, LOI
date, LPO date and Delivery status.
Once Shop drawing is approved, quantity takeoff will be done for every service as per the
BOQ.
Budget preparation, which includes budgeted cost, quantity and unit rate for material, labor and
Non Labor Resources.
Prepare Invoice forecast tracker which includes expected, actual and balance amount to be
invoiced and certified from client.
Prepare Monthly progress report with respect to daily progress report from site that includes
actual works done, actual cost and budgeted cost for that particular work.
Prepare monthly s-chart with budgeted, actual and remaining cost for the project.
Prepare micro schedule for day to day site activities with respect to mep baseline program.
Updating baseline program with actual duration and quantity of work done in that particular
project.
Monthly invoice preparation with respect to actual quantity of work done at that particular
project.
Prepare subcontract payment certificate with reference to the invoice certified by Project
Engineer.
TRAINING:
To present the concept and methodologies for Material Requirement Planning for dependent items.
Adopt DMAIC as the backbone of six sigma methodology.
