Founding Special Education Coordinator for the Special Education Program at Citizens of the World Charter School in Williamsburg including managing 55 Individual Special Education Programs, coordinating initial special education evaluations and re-evaluations, leading annual IEP meetings, coordinating all related services (speech, OT, PT, one-to-one paraprofessionals and counseling), managing IEP progress reports, creating 504 medical accommodation plans, overseeing special education academic supports by learning support specialists, ICT classrooms and a self-contained classroom, and coordinating special education transportation.
