Following were my responsibilities in PIA Flight Dispatch:
I had to check snags faults on Aircraft. I had to take ZFW (Zero Fuel Weight) From LC (Load Control). I had to take Weather from PMD (Pakistan Meteorological Department) I had to read & Knowing Notams. I had to find by the Aims software or from Crew Scheduling Crew (Cabin
Crew) or (Cockpit Crew.) I had to find how many Passenger will be in Flight (Payload)
and then i Calculate Flight and in calculation we calculate Flight Altitude, Aircraft speed, Flight Fuel FBO (Fuel Burn Off) point to point Fuel Calculation according to the WX. Point to Point WX calculations.
I also filed ATS Flight Plan many time. At the end i briefed to the Pilot all flight calculation in planning.
all work I did in internship as a Flight Dispatch Assistant were under Flight Dispatcher duty in charge or Flight Dispatcher.
