Smith, who has a passion for keepingrestrooms in an immaculate, sanitary con-dition, said, “As the Director of EVS, it ismy goal to exceed the expectations of mydepartments, our patients, co-workers, andvisitors.”
Due to the age of St. Agnes, Smith had areal challenge keeping old tile and groutclean and sanitary.
“We have a very old facility and ourrest1room floors were in serious need ofrestoration,” Smith said. “Jim Miller fromSaniGLAZE performed a demonstration oftheir tile and grout restoration and mainte-nance system for me, and I was veryimpressed. I was totally amazed at the finalresult. They achieved the like-new look Iwas looking for.”
