David has a rich ecumenical background. He served as a
pastor at Blossom Hill Mennonite church for 5 years and as a
staff person for Jewish-Christian relations in the Mennonite
church. Additionally, David served as a consultant for the
Department of Congregational Development for the Episcopal
Diocese of Central Pennsylvania. He has a master’s in
human resource and organizational development from
American University, a bachelor’s in religion with a certificate
in Jewish studies from Temple University, and a certificate in
biblical studies from Eastern Mennonite Seminary. David is
also trained as an interpretive consultant for Holy Cow! Con-
sulting’s Organizational Intelligence tools, which provides
insights into both congregations and judicatories.
