• Granite Wind results from SCE’s 2006 RPS Solicitation and FSE Blythe results from SCE’s 2007 RPS Solicitation

• Contract Price:

• Granite Wind is at or below the 2006 MPR

• FSE Blythe is at or below the 2007 MPR

• Granite Wind is dependent on an extension of the federal production tax credit and FSE Blythe is dependent on an extension of the federal investment tax credit

• Energy Division recommends approval of these PPAs without modifications

Resolution E-4157

SCE sought CPUC approval and recovery in rates of all payments under the FSE Blythe Contract These payments are outside of the energy price According to SCE’s 2007 Pro Forma Renewable PPA,

these payments can include: CAISO charges Costs associated with environmental attributes, capacity

attributes, and resource adequacy benefits Simple interest payments on items such as development fees

and performance assurance Resolution E-4157 approves these payments, but

requires SCE to report these payments to the Commission
