A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE
BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEEWhereas, Pursuant to Sec 11, Article V of
R.A. 1984. Otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act,
the Punong Barangay is designated to choose the members of the Bids
Awards Committee,Whereas, The BAC should be composed of a minimum
of five and maximum of seven members. Members should come from the
Sangguniang Barangay members,excluding the Punong Barangay; the
Punong Barangay is the approving authority of all Barangay
projects;Whereas, Punong Barangay ROMEO A. PAYUMO was appointed
Kagawad LIGAYA REBALES as Chairman of the Bids and Awards
Committee;Whereas, BAC Chairman LIGAYA REBALES has chosen the
following as members of the BAC, to wit: NAME SPECIMEN SIGNATURE1)

_________________________Whereas, upon deliberation of the
appointed members, K/S LIGAYA REBALES is appointed as Chairman and
K/S MINA ELSA MABASA is appointed as Vice Chairman.Therefore, it is
resolved as it is hereby resolved that K/S LIGAYA REBALES is
appointed as Chairman and K/S MINA ELSA MABASA is appointed as Vice
Chairman of the Bids and Awards Committee and the above named
Kagawads as members of BAC.The appointment shall be effective for
one(1) year from the date of the resolution, otherwise revoked or
modified accordingly.
