    Beyond Measure: Schools at the Heart of Change

    Wednesday, 9/14/16 | 79pm at Natick High School For parents and caregivers (preschool through high school). Beyond Measure is the new film by the makers of Race to Nowhere. This film highlights public schools that promote greater creativity, exploration, and innovation while addressing challenging issues such as standardized testing, homework and academic stress.     Digital Citizenship Day: Internet Safety for the Whole Family

    Tuesday, 10/4/16 | 79pm at Natick High School For parents, caregivers and students (late elementary through middle school).Attend workshops for parents and students on how to support online mastery and safety.     Sarah Ward: Developing Your Childs Independent Executive Function Skills Monday, 10/17/16 | 6:308:30pm at Wilson Middle School, Natick For parents and caregivers (elementary and middle school).Learn strategies from a leading expert on developing your childs executive function skills at home including cultivating effective study skills, organizing materials, managing time, completing tasks, and creating a productive homework space.     Town Hall Forum on Underage Drinking: Building the Foundation for Addiction Prevention

Learn from experts about the links between underage drinking and other drug use and hear local statistics about Naticks adolescent substance use rates.     How do we support girls in an empowering and compassionate way during the tween/teen years? Join psychologist and bestselling author Lisa Damour, PhD as she discusses her groundbreaking (and reassuring) book, Untangled: Supporting Girls through the 7 Stages of Adolescence, and takes audience questions.
