NS Aerodynamic Design

The front grille, impeller and guide vanes have been aerodynamically engineered to allow air to flow through the fan with the least possible resistance. This results in powerful performance matched with smooth and quiet operation.

Optimised ImpellersOptimal number of fan blades have been placed at specific angles to achieve maximum air flow and efficiency.

Guide Vanes As StandardAir passes over the optimised impeller and is smoothed out by angled guide vanes at the rear of the fan. Smooth air then leaves the fan with the lowest resistance possible.

Long Life MotorThe fan’s sealed for life ball bearings guarantee an extra long life span matched with high speed operation and performance. The motor is rated to last more than 30,000 hours (some traditional fans last only 3,000 hours).

Low Energy ConsumptionOur energy efficient motor makes our fan up to 50% more efficient than a traditional AC domestic fan. The fan is fitted with an air flow operated, silent membrane shutter which uses no energy to operate.

Ultra QuietThe motor is sandwiched between two elastic blocks which absorb vibrations, surface and motor noise.

Includes a high quality mechanical backdraft

shutter that prevents outside air coming into

The EDM’s electric shutters operate using wax motor

technology. The wax pot is a paraffin-filled cylinder

The Response header box exhaust fan is the quietest and

most powerful in its class. It includes features such as a

unique swing clip and removable spigot that makes it very

easy to install. There are two sizes available; an 8 inch

model and a 10 inch model. Both are available with a

run-on timer.

• The ultra quiet 8” model is ideal for odour and dampness

removal from toilets, ensuites and cupboards.

• 10” model provides stronger air flow performance

to ensure steam is cleared from rooms such as

bathrooms and ensuites.

TOILET VENTILATION

The OdourVac Toilet Ventilation System solves the problem

of toilet odour in a quiet, unobtrusive manner. Odours are

drawn from the toilet bowl through the cistern’s overflow

pipe and exhausted by the ducted ventilation system to

outside the home. The fan is supplied with a 3-pin plug and

lead and is easily activated by using either a light switch,

a separate switch or a movement sensor (switches and

sensor purchased separately).

• Creates an odourless toilet by removing odours

directly from the toilet bowl.

LOW PROFILE DUCT SYSTEM

Supaflo Flatpack duct is a low profile alternative to round

PVC pipe commonly used in ventilation systems. It has a

compact design that makes it ideal for applications where

space is limited. It also features a smooth inner surface

which minimises pressure loss and therefore improves air

flow. The modular, slide-together design of the system

makes it simple to install into most applications. There are

two sizes of Supaflo ducting available, the 125 series and

the 165 series.

SJK BACKDRAFT DAMPER (GRAVITY)

Compared to conventional spring loaded backdraft dampers, the SJK has superior performance characteristics due to its unique design that provides minimal resistance to air flow. The flap closes when the fan is off.

The tube is constructed from galvanised steel and the flaps from aluminium. Flaps are spring-loaded and when the fan is switched off they close providing a seal.

Wall Rods are specifically designed for the Stylvent and HCM fans. They are required if the fan is to be installed in walls 25mm - 300mm thick. Comes in packs of 4 wall rods
