Jones Residence
The concept for this residential project is the beach in Nantucket. The owner of the home is a mother of
two who works full time and has a very busy schedule. She wanted her home to be a place in which she
could get away from her city life and relax. It also functions as a family space for her children and elderly father.

Elevation of Grandfather’s Bedroom
In the Grandfather’s bedroom along two walls along with one wall in the bathroom are multiple LED light panels hidden by a transluscent wood veneer. This asures that when he wakes up in the middle of the night, the ground and the wall have
a soft glow verses the harshness of dark to light which can be a problem with the elderly.
