4) Layout of Social Media page Najm is good but it is not using the corporate identity website color for Venture which is Orange. It is rather using Majid Al Futtaim Holding corporate identity website color which is Golden. The layout is very good and it should be used for all the Social pages which will give a more corporate MAF standard look for all social media pages.

5) I think all Social Media pages should contain MAF because everything comes under MAF as I see the facebook for City Center Diera , Mirdiff , Mall of the Emirates it contains their own logo but nowhere I see MAF as an identity to it .

6) To summarize the entire MAF Properties it should have a Social Media Page of its own where it would take everything under its Social page from Mall of the Emirates to City Center UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon etc plus all the hotels and share their ongoing campaigns whether charity events in malls to special discounts on dining or stay in hotels or SPA’s, from fashion to a new store opening in a mall and many many more under MAF Properties. So the Digital & Social

Media Manager needs to work as a team with all the individual Social Media Manager of other pages such a Mall of the Emirates, City Center Diera, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates etc or check their twitter post and repost them or but here the problem would be the Corporate look because most of the hotels are under a certain brand name with their own website so whenever a post is posted from Majid Al Futtaim Properties Social Media page it should be under the corporate color and look.

7) Majid Al Futtaim Properties website should have links to individual websites of shopping malls rather than just giving an info about the shopping mall and also should have links to the shopping malls Social Media pages.

8) Display advertising should be done in a corporate manner under the MAF banner whether it is for Mall of Emirates ,City Center or hotels it need to be have the MAF factor in it because people should know MAF is behind City Center , Mall of the Emirates and many other branded hotels. MAF along with co-branding with shopping malls logo or hotels logo can advertise on various websites such a travel websites for hotels or magazines websites / features news website having MAF hotels Spa’s offer along with co-branded logo of the hotel and many more advertisements for fashion etc.

9) To improve the website footfall the Digital & Social Media manager should always engage in some kind of either questionnaire so that there is back & fort interaction of the consumer from Social media page to the website OR place a competition on the Social media page that the consumer would be interested to come to your website to look for answers for the competition. By this you will keep the consumer busy and interested and also make him spend time at your website looking for answer and also gaining knowledge of the website in due course. This will increase the footfall of the Social Media page as well as website.

10) Lastly as MAF is the main spear of all the enterprises from shopping mall to retailer to entertainment it should be placed everywhere from websites to social media to SEO and Meta Tags. Meta Tags should be placed according so whatever the content of the website or social media content it should contain MAF almost everywhere.
