FOREWORD BY THE DEAN

Bismillahhirramanirrahim

To be accorded the Research University title is an important step for UTM

to become a world class university At the crux of this is the RampD

performance of the university which is then translated to the faculty FBME

is a young and small faculty with just over 60 lecturers

Nonetheless RampD is still a top priority of the faculty This directory lists out

the RampD achievement of the faculty members for the year 2014 The list

follows the headings as defined by Malaysian Research Assessment

Instrument (MyRA)

In some aspects we have done well while in others we need to improve a lot

Continuous improvement is what we strive to do and hopefully the results

for the following year would see some improvement I hope this list would

give lecturers of FBME encouragement to do better in the future

For those of you not under the umbrella of UTM I sincerely hope you find

this directory useful to find partners for RampD collaboration and

FOREWORD BY THE DEAN

Bismillahhirramanirrahim

To be accorded the Research University title is an important step for UTM

to become a world class university At the crux of this is the RampD

performance of the university which is then translated to the faculty FBME

is a young and small faculty with just over 60 lecturers

Nonetheless RampD is still a top priority of the faculty This directory lists out

the RampD achievement of the faculty members for the year 2014 The list

follows the headings as defined by Malaysian Research Assessment

Instrument (MyRA)

In some aspects we have done well while in others we need to improve a lot

Continuous improvement is what we strive to do and hopefully the results

for the following year would see some improvement I hope this list would

give lecturers of FBME encouragement to do better in the future

For those of you not under the umbrella of UTM I sincerely hope you find

this directory useful to find partners for RampD collaboration and

commercialization
