how it is utilised, how it is been trained, how it is been
protected etc, some of the topic covered under this project are

Survey of village regarding the condition of HR.2. Bird eye view
of agriculture sector in Karnataka.
This project was led by me. The project gave an overall view
about the position of agriculture sector in Karnataka. Some of the

Infrastructure used in agriculture.
Problems faced by farmers.
Government policies towards agricultural sector.
Interaction with agricultural department people.3. Performance
appraisal as motivation mechanism. This project was undertaken in
Nypro Forbes Pvt. Ltd. The project mainly analyse the ongoing
performance appraisal system of Nypro Forbes and also to assess the
