Gymnastics is a
sport elderly
lightweight easy to
do and is not
burdensome for the
elderly. By doing
regular exercise will
help the elderly to
keep fit and stay
strong, because it
can assist and
coordinate the
motion so as to
prevent accidents
or falls. This study
aimed to determine
differences in body
balance elderly who
routinely do not
routinely perform
gymnastics and
gymnastics elderly.
The design study is
a comparative
design. All elderly
study population is
active in
neighborhood
health center
