The Forgotten Taxpayers Debt Just Got Heavier.
Republicans are selling out the Forgotten Taxpayer as well. In
past 9 months, the Republicancontrolled General Assembly added $4.6
BBillion dollars oftaxpayer debt onto Pennsylvanias
future taxpayers. All government debt is deferred taxation.
Adding debt avoids the politically
ugly taxpayer outrage over higher taxes. Debt is stealth
taxation and by the time the bill comes
due, the culprits are collecting their government pensions or
working as lobbyists.
And who did it? The Republican controlled General Assembly and
the
Republican Governor in the last ten months in two Acts.
1) Act 130 of 2011 added $2.3 BBillion Dollars in DebtA YEA vote
for Capital Budget (RACP) Act 130 of 2011 is a vote AGAINST LIBERTY
AND
AGAINST THE FORGOTTEN TAXPAYER because it grows government power
and siphons money
from the productive, real economy and politically misallocates
scarce resources.

All government debt is deferred taxation. Adding debt allows the
Republican General
Assembly to spend more than tax revenues. Adding debt allows
Republicans to deceptively
claim to have balanced the budget while, deceptively, deficit
spending.Republican Leadership, in and out of government, count on

Debt is stealth taxation and by the time the bill comes due, the
