The Energy Regulatory Commission - Bids and Awards Committee (ERC-BAC)cordially invites you to participate in the conduct of bid opening for theAlternative Method of Procurement through Shopping for theProcurement of Trash Bag on 11April 2019 (Thursday), eleven o'clockin the morning (11:00 A.M.) at ERC, Mezzanine Floor, Pacific CenterBuilding, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
In view thereof, the ERC-BACis requesting your Company to submit on or before10 April 2019 (Wednesday), not later than five o'clock in theafternoon (5:00 P.M.), a best and final offer with respect to all aspects of yourproposal. The ERC-BAC shall select the successful offer on the basis of such bestand final offers which will meet the minimum technical requirements and willnot exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of SIXTY TWOTHOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY SIX PESOS (PhP62,946.00),VAT inclusive. This ABC is part and parcel of the aggregate ABC of Twenty OneMillion One Hundred Twenty One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Three Pesosand Fifty Two Centavos (PhP21,121,923.52) allotted for "Common Use Suppliesand Equipment" as programmed in the ERC's Annual Procurement Plan.
DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION (original copy or certified true copy,except for PhilGEPS Registration Number):
1. PhilGEPS Registration Number/Certification;2. Mayor's / Business Permit (if recently expired, submit certified true
copy of the original receipt as proof that it has appliedfor renewal);3. Barangay Certification to the effect that the office of the prospective
bidder is located in the concerned Barangay;4. Omnibus Sworn Statement (if the above documents are neither original
nor certified true copies); and5. Financial proposal.

Please quote your lowest net price to the government, taxes/VATinclusive, stating the terms of payment and the shortest time of delivery ofthe items per specifications indicated above and furnishing description,brochures, catalogue and/or literature, if available. In case you are theexclusive manufacturer/distributor/dealer in the locality, state so in yourquotation.
In the event that the procurement of the goods is awarded to you, thepayment shall be directly credited to your account per DBM Circular No.2013-16 dated December 23, 2013. The ERC will provide you with theguidelines under the Expanded Modified Direct Payment Scheme(ExMDPS) once you receive the Purchase Order (P.O.).
