Tourism Circuits – Tourism Clustering Strategy Similar to the Multiple-Centered Strategy on Rural Service Centers in CLUP

Characterization of Tourism Products and Thematic Concept

OBJECTIVES OF FORMING THE 6 TOURISM CIRCUITS:

To provide an inventory and evaluation of tourist attractions and activities To have a basis for developing new itineraries and tour packages for tourists To disperse and balance tourism development that will facilitate a more equitable

distribution of benefits, particularly to low income earning populations or households in the barangays

To identify tourism development issues and challenges, and prioritize possible tourism development projects and activities

To enhance the tourism experience of first time and repeat or “return visitors” To extend length of stay of visitors in Puerto Princesa City
