REPORTING BUDGET:
- A budget is a breakdown of a spending plan.
- The basic goal of a well written budget report is to identify specific areas for spending the revenue
of the company or the household.
- The most critical aspect of a budget report is an accurate understanding of your income.
- Business budget reports can be quarterly or monthly, based on your companys requirements, orthey may be both.- A budget report will show where your company or organization financially stands.- A budget report should consist of a document as well as a presentation where you can answer
questions and make adjustments.
- A successful budget report will address both past spending and future spending.
- Step 1
- Prepare a report of spending for the last quarter or for the last fiscal year. This report should
summarize the spending in each spending category in your budget.
- this will provide an easy reference point.
Step 2Build a spending forecast for the next quarter and for the remainder of the fiscal year. Include expected
earnings as well as any expected expenses in the forecast.
Step 3
Pick out the points that you need to cover the most. Focus primarily on areas where you are over or
under budget. These are the highlights you will want to address.
Step 4Address areas where you will need to cut spending or increase earning goals to stay on budget. This will
likely be the largest portion of your presentation.
You may need to include a place in this portion for discussion on how you will address the shortcomings
in the current budget and fiscal year.

Create charts to include in a PowerPoint or Keynote presentation. These charts should include spending
graphs and overages.
REPORTING AGRICULTURE:
- Agriculture report allows an individual to keep oneself informed about the latest happenings
in the agriculture industry.
- These are some of the areas under the complete scope of Agriculture that gets into the
papers on a daily basis:- Agriculture Production Process
1) Tillage - is the practice of plowing soil to prepare for planting or for nutrient incorporation or for
pest control.
2) Pest Control - includes the management of weeds, insects/mites, and diseases. Chemical
(pesticides), biological (biocontrol), mechanical (tillage), and cultural practices are used.
3) Nutrient Management - includes both the source of nutrient inputs for crop and livestock
production, and the method of utilization of manure produced by livestock.
4) Water Management - is where rainfall is insufficient or variable, which occurs to some degree in
most regions of the world.

- Technology used in/for Agriculture
- Stocks/Prices (Commodity Trading*) *Commodity Trading Commodity markets are markets where
raw or primary products are exchanged. These raw commodities are traded on regulated commodityexchanges, in which they are bought and sold in standardized contracts. It is a sophisticated form of
investing. It is similar to stock trading but instead of buying and selling shares of companies, an
investor buys and sells commodities. Like stocks, commodities are traded on exchanges where buyers
and sellers can work together to either get the products they need or to make a profit (sometimes
losses too) from the fluctuating prices.

Main aspects which are reported under the scope of Agriculture Production
Pesticides their usage/prices, etc. Their usage is also reported because the amount of pesticide
used largely affects the way the eco-system works.
Water issues water disputes, water dams, etc.
Seeds the types of seeds available, their prices, etc.

Soil quality of the soil, alternate cropping to reduce the consumption of nutrients present in
the soil thereby retaining its fertility
Labour people involved in the whole agriculture production process.
Mechanisation of agriculture and its effect on the people working on the farms/fields.
REPORTING ON THE STOCK MARKET
- Stock Market Indexes
In order to write a good stock market report, you need to know the key elements and data to include.Always report on bigger-picture stock market indicators. In addition to these broader indices, you mightchoose to focus on a particular sector of the economy each day, so Monday you might report on stockmarket indexes that focus on health, and Tuesday focus on technology.
- Key Weekly or Quarterly Reports
Report on key weekly or quarterly reports such as jobless reports and earnings reports, which have aneffect on the Stock Market. Give advance notice as to when certain reports are expected to be published.
- Key Stocks to Watch
Include a discussion of any major stocks whose dramatic rise, fall or upcoming business deals areaffecting or projected to affect the overall stock martet. If the report is daily, include a discussion of theday's opening and closing
- Get Up to Date Info
You will need to do a serious amount of work keeping updated on the key elements of the stock market.You will want to include links to live data, where applicable.
- Tips
Depending on how the economy is doing, you may want to include a "Tips" section for taking advantageof a particular growing sector, such as healthcare or technology, and explain how that sector's growth andfocus might affect the stock market.
