1.0 INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to,

1) Prepare a template for all SU reports which are frequently requested by users for scheduling

2) This template will contain all mandatory fields required for scheduling and

3) All mandatory information required for scheduling such reports in SU.

4) User can give any filter condition additional to Mandatory fields mentioned in this document as per

scheduling requirement.

TERMONOLOGIES

Field with or condition: User has to enter atleast any one of the filter value of the fields mentioned in this section

to allow Report to fetch data without any issues.

Mandatory Fields: All fields mentioned in this section should have valid input to allow report to fetch data

without any issue.

WILDCARD: A wildcard character is a special character that represents one or more other characters. The most

commonly used wildcard characters are the asterisk (*), which typically represents zero or more characters in

a string of characters, and the question mark (?), which typically represents any one character.

NOTE: If User tries to use date filter beyond the allowed search limit or if user is trying to search data using

Wildcard then performance of the report may decrease depending on the criteria being used
