Option #1

Teacher-created – Write your own You must provide Spanish commentary when

necessary If student is to be identified as “At Risk for

Retention”, Aeries pull-down verbiage must be used, in addition to your own commentary

sharing students.

Option #2

AERIES Pull Down

Built into AERIES report card General comments in English & Spanish Spanish comments must be included if listed as

Correspondence Language If student is identified as “At Risk for Retention”,

AERIES pull down verbiage must be used Please edit for gender, grammar, punctuation, etc. Include your initials with the comments you write

Keep track of your word count!

Option #3Narrative Comments (NEW)

On district website (K-1st & 2nd-6th) - general comments in English & Spanish in Word format

Necessary to download to your desktop and then copy and paste into comment section

Spanish comments must be included if listed as Correspondence Language

You can revise as necessary on Word document or Report Card

If student is to be identified as “At Risk for Retention”, AERIES pull down verbiage must be used

Include your initials with the comments you write Keep track of your word count!

If Necessary, At-Risk of Retention

must be marked

and noted via Aeries pull-down in

comment section
