Dear friends of OAR,

OAR recently identified three strategic priorities. Theses priorities are: 1) education - to engage

more clients in higher learning through a partnership with Northern Virginia Community College;

2) expansion - to allow greater access to services by providing assistance in more community

locations and; 3) collaboration – to develop entrepreneurial relationships with the private sector to

create sustainable funding and provide additional employment opportunities for clients. We

believe these steps will move OAR towards the long-term goal of being a nationally recognized

organization in the field of prisoner re-entry.

Attaining our organizational goals would not be possible without the incredible support OAR receives from the

community. I wish to extend my personal thanks to all of our supporters, volunteers, and staff. The time, talent,

and treasure provided by our community are, without question, what makes OAR great!
