Using the flathead screwdriver pry open the bottom grey latch holding the filter.

Using needle nose pliers,

 A. press up on the quick release and

 B. pull down on the filter assembly.

Press the key to power on the instrument and

perform Desiccant Filter Replacement

Desiccant Filter Replacement VerificationAfter replacing the desiccant filter, perform this procedure to ensure there are no air leaks.

Plug in the 1/4” hose to the air input fitting from a clean dry air source.

Press the key to power on the instrument.

From the PODS+ Homescreen, press the menu button next to .

press the menu button next to to display the manual entry screen.

press on the keypad to pressurize the system. Listen for leaks around the desiccant filter assembly.

Press on the keypad again to depressurize.

If there is a leak re-seat the desiccan filter assembly.

If there are no leaks the system is ready to process samples.
