Reservations and CancellationsTentative reservations may be made by phone. Reservations are secured by mailing a check or money order deposit (50% of total rental fee) within 10 days of the date you made your reservation. Most summer weekends require a two night minimum stay and a three night minimum for holiday weekends. Should you need to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit, less $15.00 handling fee, will be refunded. After 30 days, your deposit, less $15.00, will be refunded ONLY if we re-rent the unit. We will make every effort to provide everyone the cottage or motel suite of their choice, while reserving the right to make changes where necessary to accommodate everyone.

Popp’s Resort is located directly on the Iron Snow Shoe snowmobile trail system which connects to thousands of miles of trails. Boundless activities await those looking for great Winter fun: ATVing, Ice Drags, Radar Runs, Snowmobiling, Fish-O-Rama’s, Ice Fishing and Cross Country Ski Trails.

Popp’s Resort is located in northeastern Wisconsin on the beautiful wild shores of High Falls Flowage. High Falls Flowage is one of a series of lakes formed by the Peshtigo River near Crivitz, WI. The waters are surrounded by almost 10,000 acres of wild lands that are open to the public for you to explore. High Falls holds trophy Bass, Northern, Walleye and Musky in a Canadian-like setting close to home. The cool tannin stained water, granite outcropping and islands, big fish and forested shores are like being north of the border.

Boat Rental Policies - Boating luxury at its finest. Each pontoon boat is complete with electric start outboard

motor and canopy, and seats 8 to 12 people depending on size. All motor boat reservations require full payment

of the rental fee in advance by cash or check. On the day of rental, boats with a 15 HP or larger motor

require a $300 security deposit which can be paid by cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard/Discover credit

cards (but not debit cards). If the motor boat is returned in good condition, the security deposit is refunded. If the motor boat is damaged, the security deposit is forfeited plus the cost of damages is due. Cancellations with less than 15 days notice will only be refunded if we re-rent the boat. All cancellations are subject to a $15 handling fee. NO SMOKING, PETS, GRILLS OR FIREWORKS ON PONTOONS.

When the spring thaw comes in April, many Popp’s visitors head a few miles

north for some of the best whitewater rafting in the region. Mid-May sparks

the smallmouth season which continues through October. Fish the High Falls Flowage or choose from the other 443 lakes & 623 miles of trout streams this area offers. A wide variety of fishing opportunities, from panfish, trout and game fish await your discovery.

Test your skills in the call of the wild...When Fall rolls around, we welcome

the musky fisherman, hunters and all who enjoy the fall colors. Our area

offers whitetail deer, bear, turkey, grouse, woodcock, duck, geese and all other small game hunting seasons. There are thousands of acres of public land in our area at your disposal. Upon request we can arrange hunting land for lease.

Summer brings an abundance of activities. Come stay at Popp’s and enjoy fishing, boating, canoeing, swimming, watersports, hiking, biking and picnicking. Take a short drive to golf, raft or view the beautiful waterfalls.

Big on boating?Public boat launch facility and dock space available. If you don’t have a boat of your own, we will be more than happy to rent you one!
