The Renault Master is a hugely versatile vehicle. It is available with a range of body styles, physical sizes and engine variants that can be adapted to a wide range of uses. We offer a comprehensive range of products and services to facilitate the adaptation of our vehicles to individual requirements. Our comprehensive range of ‘Off the Shelf’ factory converted products are available directly from our dealer network as a ‘One Stop Shop‘. These vehicles are provided with a full manufacturer warranty (3 years, 100,000 miles) from Renault that applies to both the base vehicle and the conversion, giving the peace of mind you would expect when buying directly from Renault. To complement our 'Off the Shelf' Conversions, Renault has developed a range of Tailor Made Accredited Conversions providing popular specialist vehicle adaptations such as refrigerated vans, Minibuses and grounds maintenance vehicles. Our accredited range has been developed in partnership with converters who have received Renault approval after being assessed on their technical and quality standards by a dedicated team from Renault. A list of these can be found on page 38 or at www.conversions.renault.co.uk.

Our accredited converters can also produce completely bespoke vehicles built to meet a customer’s specific requirements either as a one off build or as a multiple order. Our accredited converters receive specialist support and backup, ensuring that the quality of the conversion meets the standards expected by Renault and that the conversion meets all legal and technical requirements. Regular assessments and quality training are provided to the converters to ensure that these high standards are maintained both in the build of the vehicle and the aftersales backup provided. Different chassis, still the same robustness of a Renault Master. Our Chassis Cabs and Platforms Cabs are based on a Renault Master and can accommodate a wide range of conversions to meet your needs and are adaptable to your requirements. There is a choice of different Gross Vehicle Weights (3.5t-4.5t), three vehicle lengths, a selection of efficient diesel engines and the option of single or crew cab versions. The Master's diversity also offers the choice of front wheel drive to maximise payload^ and a choice of single or double rear wheel drive to offer you a comprehensive solution.

Our ‘Off The Shelf’ factory Tipper, Dropside and Box Vans are constructed on a Chassis Cab and our Luton LoLoader is based on a Platform Cab, for a lower load height. Single Cab, Crew Cab and Crew van versions are also available so you don’t need to choose between your tools and your crew.

DropsideThe Master Dropside is designed to allow you to load and unload large items easily thanks to its 400mm high aluminium folding side panels. It benefits from a load length up to 4,430mm with a load height of 400mm and payload^ up to 1,419kg.

Tipper

The Renault Tipper benefits from a high strength light weight steel body, resulting in a highly durable vehicle, with a much improved payload^ up to 1,241kg for the FWD and 1,107kg for the RWD versions. The Renault Tipper also has excellent towing capacity with the twin wheel RWD versions being able to tow up to 3,000kg while keeping the interior comfort of a Renault Master.

Box VanWith a load volume of up to 22m3 and payload^ up to 1,175kg, the Renault Master Box Van allows the effcient enclosed transport of merchandise or objects in an optimised loading area thanks to a perfectly flat rectangular floor without wheel arches and large side walls. This vehicle is ideally suited to delivery and removal companies as well as for use as short term rental vehicles.

Luton Loloader

Based on a Master FWD Platform Cab, the Luton LoLoader has a loading height of 500mm to facilitate easy loading and unloading, a payload^ of 1,351kg and 19m3 load volume, which make it particularly suited to removals, home delivery, as well as multiple delivery and collections.

In addition, the LoLoader’s adaptability means it can be easily converted for specialist uses such as catering vehicles or mobile shop or showroom.

The Trafic Van has been specifically designed to meet the needs of professionals, whatever their business environment. With its stylish design, efficient engines, the latest on-board technology and high levels of comfort and safety, the Trafic ticks all of the boxes. Our crew van conversion is designed for the customer, offering a wide range of specialist and practical solutions for when you need the option to carry a crew and their equipment. The Platform Cab version provides converters with the ability to create other variations specific to your requirements.

Renault have developed a specialist Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) version of the Trafic Passenger vehicle.

The Trafic WAV complies with European Whole Vehicle Type Approval, on accessibility conditions for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

The conversion is based on the Trafic 9 seat Minibus, with a 3-fold aluminium ramp, which allows easy access to the rear of the vehicle. There is a standard anti-slip floor and 4 detachable tie down clamps for wheelchairs with 4 manually adjustable retractors to restrain the wheelchair in its position.

The Renault Trafic WAV is available as an option on all SWB and LWB variants in the following configurations:

• 9/8 seat with wheelchair position (up to 6 of which can be used when utilising the wheelchair position).

• 6/5 seat with wheelchair position.

• 6/5 seat with wheelchair position and folding rear side seat next to the wheelchair position.

Accredited ConversionsThe variety and adaptability of the Renault Master makes it the ideal vehicle for conversion into a wide range of specialist vehicles that are bespoke to a customer’s requirements. Trafic DropsideIt provides all the advantages of a traditional robust dropside – with an innovative twist.

The spacious upper carrying load area is a laser cut superstructure subframe made from hot dip galvanised pressed and welded steel. The rugged load bed is finished with resin coated, non slip birch plywood, with side boards fabricated from extruded aluminium and fitted with over-centre fasteners.

Renault Tech Temperature Control VanThe Renault Master temperature controlled conversion by Renault Tech has been designed specifically to carry pharmaceutical loads in a range 15°C - 25°C compliant with Good Distribution Practice regulations. The vehicle is also suited to the transportation of non-pharmaceutical loads where one needs the load area temperature to be at a set level.

The insulated and climate controlled load area has been tested to maintain a temperature between 15°C and 25°C (Compliant with Goods Distribution Practice regulations) in use, negating the need for separate insulated packaging for your goods. This is achieved with the use of an additional rear air conditioning unit and an insulated load area (Polyester trim with covering a mineral wool layer).

Renault Tech Parcel VanThe Renault Tech Parcel Van is built to accommodate a wide range of logistics operations. Its compact design provides plenty of space for storage – improving the efficiency of any organisation. There are a variety of additional options to consider when designing your vehicle. Safety modifications to protect the loading area and shelves for flexible organisation of the working space to name a few. A Bulkhead with secured sliding door and folding seat (optional extra) improves rear-cabin accessibility making for a more efficient delivery service.

CPL Trafic Access PlatformThe K21 Renault Trafic Access Platform has been designed to provide its users with the best possible partner for Urban projects. With its compact size and no outrigger design, this conversion will eliminate the usual frustrations of setting up and manoeuvring.

The K21 Renault Trafic Access Platform has an impressive working height of 9.2m and working outreach of 5.8m. With no outriggers and a working load of 120Kg in the basket, this one-man conversion will drastically cut down job preparation time. The boom rotates to 360° allowing for a great access range.

All of the CPL van mounted Access Platforms can be operated with the engine switched off and a green pack installed. This provides control of the access platform using just the battery.

CPL offers a multitude of optional specs to suit any project. These include; Front, rear and cab beacons, work lights, reversing cameras, internal electric sockets, company livery and chapter 8 markings. These can all be installed at the factory by skilled technicians.”

CPL Master Cherry PickerThe Master Cherry Picker conversion is part of Renaults Accredited conversion range that has been developed to complement our 'Off the Shelf Conversions'. CPL are the Renault approved access platform converter for the UK. The approved 3.5T Renault Master with a K38PC boom carries a full Renault 3 year warranty and is available across the full Renault Master range. This conversion has a payload of up to 320Kg and 200Kg safe working load in the basket. The working height is 13.7m and the working outreach is 7.4m.

GM Coachworks MinibusOur purpose-built Master Minibus range provides generous accommodation for up to seventeen people depending on which of the 2 specifications you choose. There are three seats in a row across the aisle for optimum seating capacity and comfort.

On the 17 seat version the four seats at the rear of the minibus are removable on quick release fixtures, freeing up additional luggage space easily and quickly without the need for special tools.

The Minibus also comes with a ramp that is stored under the vehicle that allows accessibility for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

The fully trimmed interior and opening side windows have been designed for passenger comfort, while the wide-opening sliding side door and automatic side entrance step ensures easy passenger access. Additional ease of access is provided by LED lights to all entrances and exits. For added peace of mind all seats and mountings are tested to M2 standards.

Trafic Jolie CampervanThe Renault Trafic Jolie harnesses the twin turbo capabilities of Renault’s ENERGY dCi 145hp engine and offers start/stop technology alongside a new regenerative braking system (Energy Smart Management), both of which contribute to greater fuel efficiency.

The vehicle benefits from metallic paint, 17” alloy wheels, 90 litres of storage, a smart two-tone dash incorporating air vents with piano black surrounds and a full colour instrument cluster with big digital speedo display. There’s also an MPV-style elevated driving position.

Bloomfields are renowned for their bespoke finishes. All horseboxes are built to order and there are rarely 2 alike. Each customer is invited to work with Bloomfields’ in house designers and technicians to ensure that every horsebox meets each individual’s needs and requirements.

Bloomfields’ in house spray team mask and spray every design by hand. A one colour metallic is included in the Legacy, Eventer and Professional range but customers have a choice to have their horseboxes personalised with a custom spray design. Matte and flip finishes are one of Bloomfields’ signature designs. Each horsebox is baked in one of the spray bake booths to ensure a lasting finish.

Master AKFS Load & Go

The Renault Master Beavertail conversion, is based on the Renault Master FWD 3.5-tonne chassis cab (ML35) and is completed by AKFS. Idverde UK, a division of Europe’s largest provider of grounds maintenance services and landscape construction projects, has chosen the specialised conversion as part of its latest Renault Master order. Power is provided by the efficient 130 bhp dCi 2.3-litre turbo diesel engine, which is complemented by a six-speed manual transmission. All the vehicles are based on the Business level of trim, which provides Idverde’s operatives with such standard features as an alarm and electronic immobiliser, ABS with EBD (Electronic Brake force Distribution), heated and electrically-adjustable door mirrors, central locking, ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with Grip Xtend, Hill Start Assist, DAB radio with Bluetooth and multi-function trip computer.

The conversion by AKFS conforms to the European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval and includes such features as an aluminium bulkhead, aluminium drop sides, spring assisted aluminium tailgate, LED side marker lights on the nearside and offside of the body plus additional options available such as a LED compact light bar and a folding directional sign located on the rear tailgate.

The AKFS Load & Go comes with a standard Renault 100,000-mile/three-year warranty on the base Renault Masters, while the quality of the conversion is illustrated through AKFS matching the manufacturer’s cover.
