Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Remove access from Cisco.com Profile Screen 1 of 2To Delete a Bill to ID from a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Number screen:Choose a Bill to ID.Screen 1 of 2:Enter a Bill to ID that you manage.OR1123Select Remove Support access by Bill to ID from Cisco.com profile.Click the Submit button.Select Remove Support access by Bill to ID.Click on the Submit button.

ORNote:You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it.

Screen 2 of 2:Search for an individual and select them.Click on the Submit button.

A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual.Note:If you cannot locate an individual in the tool, see the Add Name instructions.All the Contract Numbers under the Bill to ID will be deleted from the Cisco.com profile(s) you select.Need new screen shot

1Select Remove support access by Bill to ID.Click on the Submit button.

45Choose the individual.Screen 1 of 2:Select a search attribute from the drop down list.A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear.Enter the information you want to search for.Click on the Search button.

Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Remove Support AccessScreen 2 of 2Once an individual has been chosen and the action Remove support access by Bill to ID has been selected:Screen 2 of 2:Select one, many, or all Bill to IDs from the list.Note:A message will be displayed if the individual you chose does not have any Bill to IDs that you manage enabled for support access in his Cisco.com profile.1Click on the Submit button.A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as the individual.2Removing support access does not remove the Bill to IDs from the individuals Cisco.com profile. Use Delete Bill to IDs from Cisco.com profile to remove access and delete the Bill to IDs from the individual.
